"PRO: Clean, fairly close to the ski slope on foot. The hot tub and heated pool in the evening while it’s snowing are exceptional, but crowded. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise. The Noir restaurant is also very good, but rather expensive. Electric car charging station available. CON: The room is a bit small for a family with one child. Too warm in the room. Uncomfortable mattress. There is a rather strange smell that others have also complained about. The parking area is too small. Some of the staff could be more friendly. It attracts a particular type of tourists, the kind I prefer to avoid"

"We spent two nights at Belvedere and the hotel made a good impression. On the plus side, the breakfasts were plentiful and tasty, served in an elegant restaurant. The rooms were quite large and tastefully furnished. Equipped with a TV, fridge, telephone and central heating. Beautiful views of the mountains from the rooms and from the viewing terraces on the top floor. The distance to the city centre is short, from the hotel to the markets and the train station about 10 minutes on foot. The problem starts when you have to return. Hotel Belvedere is located on a hill, so the walk will be quite long and tiring. In addition, the location on the edge of the forest means that we can meet a bear, especially after dark. So it is best to return to the hotel by taxi, it will be quick and safe :-) On the plus side, the staff is also helpful and nice."

"2024 January. The hotel is excellent, the rooms are large, freshly renovated, everything is clean, everything is in good condition!! As for the food, we had breakfast and we liked everything. The pool is excellent with large salt water. Sauna. Bathrobes, slippers, everything is available!! There is a bowling alley for a fee. 10-15 min walk to the ski lifts. We rented skis there right at the ski lift (50 lei/ro) I recommend the hotel. They have their own parking lot, but it's not big."
