"PRO: Clean, fairly close to the ski slope on foot. The hot tub and heated pool in the evening while it’s snowing are exceptional, but crowded. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise. The Noir restaurant is also very good, but rather expensive. Electric car charging station available. CON: The room is a bit small for a family with one child. Too warm in the room. Uncomfortable mattress. There is a rather strange smell that others have also complained about. The parking area is too small. Some of the staff could be more friendly. It attracts a particular type of tourists, the kind I prefer to avoid"

"the hotel is situated in a very good location - a good starting point to the mountains. The room was spacious and clean. Fresh white towels every day; white linen, comfortable bed. Nice smelling toiletries in the bathroom. You are not allowed to smoke in the room, but on the balcony as you feel with the balcony door open. Kettle and coffee maker in the room. I suggest change chamomile tea to plain black. The aesthetics of the room and hotel are at a high level. The interior design is in line with the currently fashionable decorative trend. The restaurant serves good quality meals, elegantly presented. I was surprised by the live music for breakfast on Saturday and Sunday, but it was ok. Breakfast buffet, varied, every day I could choose something different. Pleasant atmosphere of the restaurant. Pool open until late. Hot water. Pleasant environment with a drink in hand. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Green. A better choice than the crowded Brasov."

"The staff from reception and from the restaurant are very nice. The breakfast is nice but more variations will be appreciated. The room that we had was nice but could be better. The service was good and also housekeeping. The pool is nice but was with too much chlorine. The bowling is very nice, but the price is very strange since tou have to pay on time spent on the track with a tarif of 10 euros per 30 min. As always, especially for this type of resorts, parking is an issue. The hotel has a parking, but no spots available."

"The hotel is conveniently located on the edge of the city, within walking distance of the train station. We receive a hospitable and friendly welcome. Our room is fine, clean, at the front, which means that you hear the freight traffic passing by at night. That doesn't have to be a problem of course. The hotel has a cozy roof terrace. The breakfast buffet is good, dinner is also buffet style. The beds are good, everything you need is available. There is a spacious lobby and an elevator, so everything for a good stay."

"We booked the Elexus Hotel from Germany, which, according to the pictures, was a modern luxury hotel with a spa in the mountains. Upon arrival, we were given a room in the Elexus Boutique Hotel, a very old building across the street from the Elexus Hotel. There was no elevator, the bathroom was very small, and we couldn't use the spa because a private party was taking place in the Elexus Hotel. Apparently, we weren't guests of the Elexus Hotel, even though we had checked in there. Therefore, we were refused dinner and drinks on the beautiful terrace. The staff were rude and impolite, and we were rudely asked to leave the restaurant. People were gambling at the tables in the restaurant, and there was incredibly loud party music at night. This is not what we expected from a stay in the mountains. We wanted to have breakfast at 8:00 a.m. Everything in the old building was locked, so we asked again at the luxury hotel across the street, and the receptionist asked us what time it was... However, we then received a delicious breakfast buffet in the old building, but the staff were very rude."

"Spent the night here. Located on the main road from Bucharest to Brasov the hotel enjoys some rather spectacular views over the mountains. However if you are a light sleeper opt for the rooms facing the chalets in the back as the road is noisy and busy throughout the night. The rooms are well maintained, but rather basic and somewhat outdated. A nice rural 3 stars quality. Breakfast was brilliant with lots to choose from and the dining area is amusing and impressive at the same time. Won’t mind spending a day or two here if opportunity arises."
