This guest house does not answer your ohones when its time to check in. Then they refuse to refund your money back. Its a scam, dont waste your time and money.

Great location and place to stay over. We had a problem with communication when booking was confirmed regarding an electrify issue.

Where to start? The photos for this place are NOT accurate to what I experienced. I feel utterly ripped off paying that amount for a grotty little room. They advertise that you have the entire apartment. No, this is one room that shares walls with many others and the walls are THIN. I can hear everything happening in every other room. I had to wake up to toddler cries at 5am. *********** also says you can book and your card won’t be charged until a few days before. False, they charged me immediately. Never again. I lodged a complaint but really, nothing will give me that experience back.

Excellent Service. Just maybe put some candles in rooms for load shedding purposes. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Rooms was clean. Although did mention on booking that I had two kids. Second bed wasn't made and staff member did bring us bedding for sleeper couch.

The apartments were a bit different to what we expected from the website. It's a converted home so they are right next to each other. The little "patio" area is cute but not very private and is the only place to sit. Very nicely finished although a couple of little maintenance things need doing on the unit we were in. It was cozy on a cold night, didn't even need the heater. The bed was super comfortable but the pillows are rather tired and need replacing. Very close and convenient to Time Square. Ubers were easy enough to get. All in all a good experience, we would not object to staying there again.
