"It’s difficult to fault this hotel. Yes, the rooms are a little bit different and may lack storage but it’s a boutique hotel. The staff are all, to a person, fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast was good. Really good. But food wise, the in house pizza restaurant was outstanding. The best pizza I’ve had in a long time. The only thing that lets this hotel down is the gym. It’s poor. It’s small, old equipment and I’m not sure the equipment is maintained or cleaned. Improve the gym and I’d not hesitate to stay again."

"Something about the bathroom extraction didn't seem right, we experienced a similar issue at 2 of their sister hotels. The Air conditioner worked quite efficiently though. The bathroom tap spray head faucet thingy is a bit like a pressure washer, it sprays water all over the face, clothes and surfaces, NOT A BRIGHT IDEA. Other than that the rooms were big enough, clean, well decorated, the bed and pillows were comfortable, the food was good and the parking was quite secure. We would certainly stay here again."
