Amazing apar**ent all mod cons room service daily. Restaurant not a huge menu but good service a bit slow. Great little gym.

the rooms are not properly maintained, not properly cleaned . the sheets are worn out with stains. i ddnt like that i spent 2 days without towels despite me having requested for them.the service deliverly upon making such request was slow. Management contacted me but ddnt take heed to my review in fact they stated that my review was invaluable. as such i wouldnt reccommend this place to anyone.

After being offered a room without a shower I started to explain why I can't use a bath. That is after the receptionsist said she couldn't guarantee anyting. She rudely interrupted me and shouted she's busy looking. From there it went downhill. Wifi has a funny setup that only works with a cable to router for your laptop. Reception is intermitant and poor. Few people care, smile or are really interested in running a hotel. I gave no feedback at tge end because I wasn't asked how my stay was. Predictably so.

Everything was on point. The warmth From the reception to our our perfect room... coming back in March... the place is more beautiful than in pics.. I'm glad I chose The Regency apar**ents... love you

Everything was fine, but I experienced a lack of internet service in my room throughout the entire 10-day stay, despite reporting the issue to the reception several times. And the only options to communicate with the reception was to do downstairs, phones were not working.
