Didn't stay there but live close by. Extremely noise with late night parties. Stay away. Good location and was once a very good guest house. Much better places in the area. Will probably close soon or becomes a cheap establishment with dodgy visitors

Had great service. Staff friendly and quickly helpful. Rooms clean tidy and topnotch. Main contact sorted any Queries I had within seconds. I would suggest and refer this guesthouse to one and all!

- As you enter the premises you met by rubble - Contruction on site everyday - Loadshedding no communication that they don’t have back up system - No kettle in the rooms/ no coffee - No glasses in the room - Only one towel provided - Noise level beyond bearable everyday - Night manager Tinashe very unprofessional - When you book a certain room they give you a room of their choice, lake of management

To start there was an issue at check in, they could not locate my booking that was fully paid for two days. After 30 minutes and talking to the manager, a room was allocated, there was no towels at the room and the outside patio was not clean at all.
On the second day there was a party at one of the rooms which seems that some of staff was involved. I left that day and did not stay the second night and booked myself at another hotel. Very disappointed.

Worst experience EVER! I made reservation at this "Guest House" 2 months prior to my booking date- and after driving 90km, arrived for them to tell me that they are full after having a confirmed reservation booking. Save your money- do not bother with this establishment. Total waste of time - and their staff not helpful in the least!

This establishment is highly misleading. They do not have decent etiquette of handling guests. Their receptionists at both hotels in Lynnwood and Waterkloof were rude and unprofessional. Had no interest in the fact that I had no place to stay Why am I being marked as a no show when I arrived at Amoris Hotel and they told me that they were fully booked? they also failed to walk me over to a similar standard establishment. Keep in mind I checked with both their hotels and they say that if you do not make a payment before arrival you are not a confirmed booking. so they are misleading guests by taking books when they do not have the inventory to host them.
