Everything was great as usual. Stayed here several times for the last several years!
This time the staff accommodated husband and myself when asked for a first room floor. I didn’t get the two ladies names but I checked in at 2:00 pm. I hope they’re recognized for going over and above!

The staff was so welcoming and friendly. Made our stay 10x better and was one of our highlights for our vacation. The pool was excellent as well. Food was good and loved the little study area at night. A staff member even held on to a lost air pod and returned it to me the following morning. Honesty and trust is clearly a fundamental and I couldn’t help but feel safe, welcomed, and taken care of!

Small issue with the room but the front desk person was very professional and corrected it right away. I commend the manager for choosing such quality staff

I like how Joe, from the front desk got us our rooms early and the housekeeper, Shanel was absolutely chill,too. Desmond the GM also helped as well with preparations. 5 out of 5 customer service, I would come back here and I think everyone should as well!

The young lady that checked us in was friendly and helpful. Property is what we expect for a Holiday Inn. Major complaint is that we booked this hotel because it said therebwas a hot tub and pictures showed one, but when we checked in we were told it has been concreted. We paidnextra and drove extra for thia amenity, so very disappointed.
