My business trip takes me there every 8-9 weeks, welcome experience was good, I had left some instruction at the front desk for my next. apparently no notes were on my file, received a 5th floor room, had asked for top floor, asked for a couch in the room. the front desk didn't even look to see if one was available. front desk experience was very poor. many missed training opportunities by management and ownership , I believe are the reasons. for this. I believe the staff at the front are doing what they are trained to do but no more. very cold front end experience.
