I couldn't check in, their card machines wouldn't accept neither one of my mastercards. So we went to another Hotel and checked in with NO issues, my cards work fine. Sandman needs to check their card machines. We've never experienced any issues with this hotel until today

We had a good stay.. When we booked the ad said the pool was open . Unfortunately the pool was closed, we were offered to swim at the other sandman in town by the staff to make up for the situation. The checkin was easy and friendly. Great parking, central location.

Excellent Service by Guest Service Manager Simran. Thank you 😊 You are a Superstar 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🤩 Definitely come back. I would love to see everyone again. All staff is very nice. Wonderful team. Have some problems with room though but I was fine with everything.
