We were told the housekeeping was going to be done every other day for our 4 night stay. We had been in Prince Geoge for a funeral. After a long day with family, our room was still not dealt with. I called down as we needed some things. They didn't have what we needed. They said housekeeping would come as soon as they could the next morning. Both mornings we left the room around 8 and did NOT hear anyone trying to enter the room. The staff said they tried to enter but the door was "locked". The 3rd night we came back to the room and again it hadn't been cleaned. We went downstairs to confront the front desk staff. They responded to our frustration with disrespect themselves. First, don't lie. Second, keep calm as you deal with customers...grumpy or not!!!!

Hyatt place is now our favorite place to stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful, our room was beautiful! Highly recommend this hotel.

Loved the breakfast buffet.
Plenty of options, boiled eggs, omelets, sausage,waffle, french toast, toast, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt etc.
Also like that the new leisure pool is right next door, great place to go with kids

Best hotel beds I have used! Quiet, great staff, nicely laid out room. We were able to walk to multiple restaurants. Vehicle stayed parked for whole weekend.

This hotel is downtown Prince George and has no security for its guests. My car was broken into right outside the front doors. When I spoke with the front desk, it was the third break in that week and there was nothing they could do about it. The hotel itself is great, but it is VERY likely you will not feel comfortable outside the hotel.
