Bathroom and bedding were clean; floor was gross. Hallway outside was awful. Check in was friendly. Place in need of some serious repairs and upgrades.

The staff at the front desk were very friendly.the room could do with some updates.the bed was not great as I woke up with a really sore back.one thing I was pleased with as a smoker they had ashtrays outside your room.

I did not expect to see people smoking crack out the windows upon arrival, but that was the very first thing I saw getting out of the car. This place is so disgusting we felt as though our vehicle would not be outside in the morning so we removed the battery right from the car to ensure it could not be stolen. the crack smell and urine smell really give off that pleasant downtown east side feel so if you are missing that smell this is the place to stay.

I was spat on by a 'guest'. In this time of a global pandemic I was especially not happy about it. I contacted the front desk and nothing was done. They had bad phone manners as well. If this reaction says anything to you it should say they don't care about your experience and help people get away with abhorrent behavior. I should of called the cops but I didn't have time.
