First time in Kosovo. It blew my mind....so modern and beautiful. This hotel has a stunning interior. I was super impressed. The front reception staff was friendly and she was very helpful. We had dinner there. I would rate it 7/10. It was tasty and the prices are very good . Breakfast was included and it was a great selection, also way more than the usual included breakfast when traveling. Presentation was very nice too. Our bedroom was beautiful. The mattress was just too hard (firm)

Super Pool, aber leider laute Beschallung von 11—19 Uhr. Taxi ins Zentrum ist 2,5 auch nachts. Manche Taxler verlangen 8€ Der Verkehr ist irre in Pristina, so wenn man nur ein paar Tage sightseeing macht ist das Zentrum die bessere Wahl, Highlight ist riesige Fußgängerzone im Zentrum

Had a nice stay at Garden Wonderpool. The water was fresh and the pool area super clean. The employess are friendly. Molos was the best! Super courteous and professional. Thanks for the service! See you next time.

The service is excellent, by all the staff, particularly Yll at breakfast who looked after my coffee needs every day. The reception staff were also very welcoming, helpful and informative. Hotel is not situated in city so be prepared to taxi to anything you want to see.

Friendly staff who couldn't do enough for you. Spotless hotel with great spa facilities and fantastic food and exceptional value for money. I will be staying here again and would recommend it to others.

The staff needs some decency behaviour training. I would use the worst possible words to describe them but I don’t want to stoop so low to their idiocy level. Never again, and I would recommend nobody from my friends, colleagues or acquaintances. Luckily Prishtina offers other better options too

Rejecting giving the same service to same-sex people. Discrimination will not be tolerated. I wish everyone could boycott this place. They didn't give access to a *** couple acquaintance. That is very fake.

Incredibly rude staff. Cannot believe they have that much AUDACITY. Would not recommend at all actually. Not only are they homophobic but they display their homophobia openly.!! A very bad image for whoever runs it!!!! They need to hire better people or at least train them basic human decency.

This is a homophobic & transphobic hotel. The staff behaves arrogantly towards non-straight couples. Not lgbt+ friendly at all. Stay away if you do not want to be discriminated or even hate crimed!!!!!!
