Also exceptional remarks for the breakfast, love them ! The hotel isn’t far away from the city landmarks, probably just less than 15 minutes walk. The hotel looks like a little garden in the middle of the town. Definitely make me feel wanted to visit Kosovo again."

"We are staying at the hotel now and chose it due to the swimming pool. It is a nice hotel but not 5 star standard. Simple things like no drinking water in the rooms, replenishing the coffee, lack of coat hangers etc. could be quick wins to improve the stay. The staff at the front desk seem confused most of the time. The breakfast is great and the pool area is nice (although busy at weekends and took time to get sun beds which surprisingly the hotel guests didn’t get priority over external people using the pool). No information about this was provided at check in."

"Stayed here some days last year. They had fantastic breakfast and nice rooms! Very comfortable beds. The staff was friendly and helpfull. The hotel is also not far away from the city center. When you go to Kosovo, I recommend this hotel. Fantastic"

"We stayed at this hotel with my children, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the welcome was unfriendly. To make things worse, if you check in on the same day, you are not allowed to use the pool until the next day — something I’ve never seen anywhere else in the world, not even in hotels in Kosovo. Hotel guests don’t have priority for the outdoor pool; instead, it’s given to people who are not staying at the hotel. On top of that, if you want to eat indoors upstairs, you can’t because there’s no waiter. Each time, you have to go to reception and ask them to send someone. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. Very bad service and rude staff"

"My family decided to do a quick trip to Pristina Kosovo since we were visiting the north of Albania. With a family of 10 I needed a few rooms at a decent price. I found Hotel ERA. The location was very close to downtown and it had a pool which was a plus when you travel with kids. It’s a family run hotel with very spacious rooms which included breakfast in the nightly rate. We ended us renting 3 rooms and my kids and my mother in law had the suite on the ground floor right outside the pool area. The owners were very nice and some of them spoke fluent English. This was a huge plus for me even-though my wife speaks Albania. All the rooms were clean and other than a hot water issue (no cold water) which was fixed in less that 10 mins we had a great short stay. Also parking was available and free so that was also a big plus. So if you are going to Pristina and need somewhere to stay that is close to down town stay at Hotel ERA. It’s not the Ritz but for Eastern Europe it’s great for someone from the US who is accustomed to having space in your room and a huge bathroom/shower."

"This is my second time in Hotel Royal in Prishtina. First we had a Standard Double room and this time a very Comfortable and Clean room. Delicious breakfast and very good Swimming pool. Great location and plenty of parking places. We are surley coming back"

"I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights with my daughter as part of a volunteering trip from the UK to a local dog shelter. Close to the airport, check in really easy even after midnight. We stayed half board and the food was fantastic, the flavours were so good! Pool was lovely and the rooms were clean and had everything you needed. Loved the decor and ambiance of the hotel. What makes the hotel is the staff though, they were brilliant with my daughter and nothing is too much trouble, so friendly and just fantastic customer service no matter which staff member you spoke too. I’ll certainly be back soon. Thank you for the fantastic stay!"
Hotel Ma Belle
"A small hotel near the centre of Prishtina, there is also a bus stop just in front of it. There are about 10-12 rooms on two floors, the groundfloor is a café. Unfortunately, smoking is not prohibited in there, so cigarette smoke was a bit smelled even in the room. Reception doesn´t work 24/7, but you are given a code to the main door. The bathroom was OK, the room has a fridge and A/C and small TV. The room doors operate on a card system, but in my case something was wrong with the card and I had to have it reactivated each time I returned from the town (fortunately within the reception working hours). The rate included breakfast, which was set and you got no choice (omelette and some local pastry, water and juice), coffee had to be paid extra."

"The front desk guy was incredibly warm and welcoming, and I enjoyed talking to him when we checked in. The room was large and clean and everything worked well, including the lights and the bathroom facilities. Honestly the only downside was the location, which is a bit outside the center of the city, in a rather shady area filled with massage parlors. But truly, I can recommend this hotel if you are looking for a good value in Pristina, since it is only a 15 minute walk or so from everything near the downtown area! Special shoutout to the manager at the front desk! Great guy."

"Located 2 minutes walking distance from Pristina Kosovo Sister Terasa Boulevard, the hotel exhibits a performance that does not seek 5 stars with its modern new structure, clean and new decoration. Bathroom, room in general, bed sheets and pillows are spotlessly clean. Reception staff is friendly and fluent in English. Breakfast is varied and sufficient. Minibar is fully stocked and minibar prices are reasonable. You can stay with peace of mind. Thank you"
