L'hotel nel complesso è bello, la copertura del telefono inesistente. La colazione è buona, ma per gli altri pasti esiste molto di meglio sull'isola. La camera presentava una parte di muro vicino al wc molto rovinata. Nel complesso carino. Consiglio il san Michele, l'altro loro hotel...che al contrario ha una cucina davvero notevole! Comunque i responsabili sono stati molto disponibili nella risoluzione di alcune problematiche. La spa è molto bella.

We enjoyed our stay and if we didn’t have to leave for work we would have extended! The staff are wonderful, Antonio our server at the restaurant was so helpful and Ivan the driver was so personable. Everyone at reception was kind. Beautiful location, fresh food, and great drinks. Well priced for the exclusivity, location, and ambiance. The room was beautiful, clean, and secluded. Super comfortable pillows- AC and Wi-Fi work well. We will be back! Grazie mille 💖

Very nice Hotel full of facilities like bus shuttle, spa and swimming pool. At your check out you can stay all the day using the swimming pool surrounded by a lot of plants.
The pool was a bit dirty but the hotel was sold out and the reception girl was not very helpful.
In general it was a very nice stay.

Struttura rilassante ma trascurata. Il personale è molto accogliente e gentile. Ma esperienza abbastanza negativa se arrivi prima della chiusura. Poiché è il primo ottobre la colazione è portata in camera perché non aprono la sala ristorante. Colazione scarsa. Cornetti e pane non fresco, solo uno scarso cappuccino perché è finito tutto. Impossibile chiedere un altro cappuccino Mai vista una cosa così. Non ci ritornerei mai

Sono agente di viaggio e ho scelto di trascorrere 2 notti in questa struttura per un weekend tra amici a Procida.. sinceramente non capisco le recensioni negative… È un ottimo hotel con tutti i servizi necessari: camere curate e confortevoli, buona colazione, la piscina un gioiellino immerso nel verde, navetta per spostarsi ovunque nell’isola e cosa più importante personale gentilissimo è disponibile.. un oasi di pace e tranquillità in un’isola meravigliosa.. c’è anche un ristorante e una spa che purtroppo non ho provato per mancanza di tempo. grazie a tutti e alla prossima!

This hotel is beautiful, pool is lovely. All the Staff is very nice. Antonio & Salvatore are really hard workers and extremely helpful. Everything was wonderful. The maid cleans so good everything was spotless and replaced every day. My only suggestion is to replace the chef. Eggs for breakfast weren’t good at all. Lunch was better than dinner but then again how can a tuna sandwich be bad… Antonio & Salvatore’s service made up for it. Thank you for our time!

Non tornerei. Per il prezzo pagato dettagli fondamentali mancanti. Pulizia mediocre e particolari di pittura assolutamente spartana e rubinetteria del bagno ossidata dal calcare a causa del quale non usciva bene l’acqua della doccia. Camere minuscole per essere pool suite e assolutamente buie. Pulizia piscina inesistente con ciuffi di capelli sparsi dentro l’acqua ogni giorno. Unica nota positiva il personale molto cordiale e gentile e la location silenziosa e pacifica solo se non sono presenti i figli del proprietario che ci hanno rovinato l’ultimo giorno di vacanza a causa della loro assoluta mancanza di educazione e impertinenza impedendo di utilizzare i materassini messi a disposizione di tutti gli ospiti e avendo dei comportamenti completamente poco consoni con noi clienti che gli diamo da mangiare venendo a dormire li. Esperienza da non rifare assolutamente.

Location molto bella ma poco curata e con poca manutenzione e scarsa cura dei dettagli in base al prezzo pagato durante la settimana di ferragosto. ( circa 300 euro a notte ). Bagno dipinto assolutamente a caso con ritocchi orrendi evidenti. Rubinetti otturati a causa del Calcare attraverso i quali l’acqua non fluiva bene. Stanza molto piccola. Buia con pochi confort. Piscina a dir poco sporca nella quale ciuffi di capelli navigavano indisturbati per tutti i 4 giorni di soggiorno. Da qui deduco che non viene pulita. Colazione mediocre. Niente di particolare. Staff cordiale e gentile. Semmai doveste convincervi ad andare lì pregate Dio di non trovare i figli del titolare che ci hanno rovinato l’ultimo giorno di vacanza. Bambini maleducati che disturbano gli ospiti. Nonostante la madre fosse presente non ha mosso un dito per rimettere in riga quelle due creature altezzose nonostante la giovane età. Se qualcuno di voi leggerà il commento ( spero di sì) signora o signore , spiegate ai due vostri figli che voi avete i soldi grazie a noi che soggiorniamo nella vostra struttura e che noi ospiti meritiamo un immenso rispetto che non abbiamo ricevuto nemmeno da parte vostra. In più mia figlia , figlia di un imprenditore farmaceutico, ha un hotel a Dubai ma noi restiamo umili. In teoria questi due bambini andrebbero allontanati dalla struttura per consentire agli ospiti il relax promesso dalla struttura stessa. Ma a detta dei bimbi loro sono i padroni e possono fare tutto. Vergognatevi.

Per essere una junior suite mi aspettavo una dimensione più ampia (anche in riferimento al prezzo del soggiorno). Stanza piccola senza un armadio capiente per una coppia in vacanza. Gli indumenti sn rimasti in valigia .Bagno adeguato. Pulizia nella media. Difficoltoso il passaggio dalla camera alla reception a causa di una gradinata impegnativa con valige. Personale molto disponibile e pronto a risolvere ogni esigenza sempre con il sorriso (10 e lode). In particolar modo Simona è il punto di riferimento in reception. Si destreggia con capacità e rapidità nella soddisfazione al cliente. Voto 10 e lode! Menu molto ristretto ma comprensibile data la sporadica affluenza al ristorante. Colazione a buffet (voto 6). Scelta ridotta tra dolce e salato. (I pancake non li preparate se non li sapete fare). Anche l'occhio vuole la sua parte. Ottima la posizione a breve distanza tra tre spiagge. La piscina è funzionale e piacevole per soggiornare in alternativa al mare.
