Flora Hotel Apartments

It wasn’t a pleasant experience. The apartment was not clean enough and got only one unit of air conditioning which is not sufficient at all to cool the place. So we couldn’t get a good night sleep. And above all the apartment was over priced for what we got in return. No complimentary coffee or water.

Our stay at the Flora Hotel was an unforgettable experience. We stayed in a pool-view room, and the apartment was spacious and comfortable, with a balcony that offered a beautiful view. The air conditioning worked perfectly and the breakfast was varied and delicious. What I liked the most was the service provided by the staff, especially George and his cousin, who were very kind and attentive to us and always tried to help us with anything we may need. They recommended us the best places to visit in Cyprus and made us feel at home. The hotel also has a great pool, a very efficient cleaning service, and a restaurant with exquisite dishes at reasonable prices. The hotel is very well located, close to the beach and the bus stop. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a welcoming environment with people who genuinely prioritize excellent service, ensuring you enjoy Protaras to the fullest.

Currently staying at the Flora...the location is perfect, slap bang in the middle of the *****, all the bars, restaurants shops you need on the door step, beach a 3/4 minute walk away, bus stop outside hotel, its fabulous...you can expect some noise/music from nearby bars due to the location but didnt bother us at all, a few pints of Keo sorted that out for us. The hotel is small and quite basic but rooms are really clean, its having a refurb in the very near future so i imagine it will be even better next year....now for the staff, well what can i say....its a family run business and each and every staff member make you feel at home from the moment you walk through the doors. The hospitality and friendliness shines through from all of them, nothing is too much trouble, if you need anything, just ask and you will get it. There are many beautiful hotels and apartments in Protaras but you can't beat the beauty that comes from the staff at the Flora through their hospitality.. thank you to all of you, (especially Margarita, she is a credit to your hotel)..you have made our stay very enjoyable and we will definitely be back!!. We love you all!

We're here now,rooms are basic but they are clean,hotel staff are very friendly & accommadating, especially Margarita & George who can't do enough to help you,hotel getting refurbished early next year ,can already tell it will b very popular,thanks to the staff it makes holiday very enjoyable ,will definitely come back
