"We booked this as a cheap and cheerful 7 day break, we have stayed here a number of times over the years. Pool area and the main block have been renovated and it looks lovely, However, please be mindful because not all of the complex has been renovated as yet and the Bungalows are still the old style Andreotis. Hands down this has the best pool I have been in, in Cyprus it’s a brilliant suntrap and the water isn’t freezing which makes it comfortable to be in . Good in CJ’s was great same as it has been in the past. Only downfall would be, outsiders coming in to use the pool, creating havoc and behaving like pond life, the hotel is not aware of when this is happening so it’s not their fault as it is something they can’t 100% police. Air Con - Come on guys still charging for Aircon locally and then only allowing one key incase people leave the card in, is very 1980’s and it was disappointing to be charged for something that should really come as standard in a country that reaches 45-50’ Book a late check out! I thought “nah we will use the changing room” never ever again, there was no hot water to the showers and I had to have a freezing cold shower which I thought was a bit of a stinger so if you don’t pay the late check out your showering in cold water. All in all would definitely return and looking to do so next year for another cheeky week."

"The overall stay was very nice. We've been there twice, hope to come again in the coming months and years. We've seen some known faces from the last year, very smiley and approachable receptionist, I think it was Fotini. Restaurant is very nice too, staff attentive, great job done with renovation of it. Gym is good too, so is the swimming pool."

"Fabulous value for the money. The staff are so friendly from arriving to going home . Andri and phota and George on reception. When we arrived we was given a sea view room but my son could not fit in the camp bed. We advised the ladies on reception and nothing was too much trouble. We was the allocated a family room and it was massive. 4 beds. It was so much better . The staff was so friendly and nothing was to much trouble. All the staff would do anything to help you to have a fantastic holiday. Beds was very comfortable even though the room was basic. It was very comfortable. Food was great and we could fault it as a family. Always a good choice. I am vegetarian and always found something. The food ever evening has different themes , Cypriot, Asian, Mexican etc. Breakfast was good . Everything from full English to omelettes, pancakes, fruit cereals. Everything for everyone. A good selection. Pool bar fantastic , Hassan, Lewis, Micheal, Rayhan , sohan. All friendly and will do anything to make your holiday. Lewis was a lovely lad from Sheffield. Always very talkative and polite . He is a credit to the hotel. All the waitress staff fantastic. Cleaners are great and friendly especially rashid on the fourth floor. He was so friendly and couldn’t do enough for us . He is a credit to the hotel . We would definitely come back to this hotel as a family, it’s clean and brilliant value for money. We could not fault it. We have been to Cyprus many times and also stayed at other hotels in protaras . This is just as good as the 4 to 5 star hotels we have stayed at. Please don’t be put off by any bad reviews and come and experience the hotel for yourself . Thank you to all the staff for a fabulous service and excellent hospitality."

"Ali on the bar and in the kitchen is such a hard worker he really looked after us! What a lovely young man. Rooms are comfortable and very clean. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool. All the staff were very friendly. The food was lovely maybe need more vegetarian options. Very nice and clean dinning room."

"Location was great, close to several beaches. There’s a shuttle that can give you a ride to the nearest one but unfortunately was out of service during my stay - I do recommend Konnos and Fig Tree beaches that are slightly farther. The spa services (e.g. massage, exfoliation & hydration, etc.) were very underwhelming and not worth the price. The bathroom had the previous guest’s hair strands on the shower’s wall and mold in the tile’s crevices - a person was sent to “clean up” after a call to the reception. On the other hand, breakfast was great and inclusive. Pool was nice and the bar was right next to it with drinks and quick snacks (e.g. salads, club sandwiches, wraps, etc). Parking was also accessible and easy.  Overall, the stay was good but the cleanliness and spa services should really be focused on by the facility."
