The area of lobby it’s empty no sofa no decoration I think the furniture for room is standard not luxury I mean all the hotels need more decor and more luxury furniture

Great week hotel is lovely as are the staff Breakfast is nice all though the food serving area could be bigger. Lunch is worth swapping in to from dinner as the lunch menu is huge and is served to you off a menu not a buffet (half or full borad option) Dinner is buffet style and is fine but we ate out most Nights. The pool is great and bed booking system works Arron the pool man is great and so helpful . Rooms are spacious and aircon is cold which is rare when it’s a shared system Tv is in a bit of akward viewing location but has Good English tv options Great location aswell and hotel is value for Money

Nice room sea view, sunbeds great. Too many cats roaming and messing on grass and no one wants to clean it up even though they have been told. Smell not great in the heat pool boy aware also reception but nothing is done. Young pool boy lazy and swears in English. Other staff lovely.

Fabulous hotel, good rooms,cleaning service excellent,good facilities,friendly staff,in a lovely area,shame about the food. Only ate in the buffet restaurant on 2 evenings due to poor selection of menu. First evening was curry night, second evening Italian night afterwhich we spoke to the restaurant manager. All food was spicy, no lettuce only rocket and poor salad bar. Unable to eat any of the food. Manager allowed us to go 2 nights to the American diner where meals were excellent. Day 3 we had lunch instead of dinner,burgers all round again. We tried the Brazilian restaurant which had a better salad bar but meat was hardly cooked and bloody. Next day did the lunch menu, Where we had the triple decker,requested no mayonnaise, when arrived was full of mayonnaise so again didn't eat, only soup for lunch.Whilst I know that many people may like this kind of food it was all too spicy for a group of mainly 80 plus age group. Sweets were too rich and couldn't find any diabetic options. Breakfasts were excellent .

Where do I even start, this resort was perfect! The staff were so friendly and hardworking, the cleaners and maintenance team kept the place spotless and tidy constantly. The room we had was 319 and it was the cleanest room I’ve ever stayed in with a lovely bathroom and bedroom with a great view of the pool and the sea, we visited in April so we would get up at 6am to watch the sunrise on the balcony which was beautiful, then go down for the amazing breakfast! For dinner they had so many delicious choices every night and they never disappointed, it was so good! The location was perfect too, we had the tiny beach just in front of us then to the left a lovely walk along the boardwalk to fig tree bay and Protaras ***** and the other way lead us to Green Bay. Heading inland there is lovely walks in the hills that lead to the Cave Church which was really cool. The pool area was amazing too, cleaned very well every day and then the pool bar would open which was so cool! You also get to choose what sun bed you would like to use all holiday which was another good feature. If you’re looking for a perfect resort with REALLY good buffet food then look no further, it really does live up to the 5 star rating. Will definitely be returning.

We booked a last minute break in early April at Sunrise Jade. This was our first time at the hotel. Everything and everyone at this hotel simply works very well. It is clear that staff are well trained and motivated and that management are on top of the whole place. The hotel is in a great location far enough from Protaras to be relatively secluded and peaceful, but close enough to be a pleasant walk in along a modern and well lit coast path. The hotel is very modern and well designed. It is permanently spotlessly clean - well done to the brilliant cleaning staff who are also really helpful and pleasant. Like all staff in the hotel, they also speak to guests and make sure that guests have everything that they need. We arrived at around 2 in the morning and were quickly checked in by the lovely night manager and his assistant. Straight away we realised how well the hotel was run. Everything was explained quickly (due to the hour as we were all tired) and we were soon up to our room along with our suitcases that were brought up for us. The hotel has so many plus points, it is difficult to list them all. But here goes: fabulous staff - all of them; Peaceful location; Great sea view (sea view rooms are brilliant); Lovely pool area; Sun bed allocation system and the great team that looks after them; Great restaurants both on and offsite with quality food; I could go on…. Negatives: For the first time ever, I have no negatives at all to report. Protaras itself is not the best town in the world and seems to have a graffiti problem and could do with a little tidying up here and there. But as the hotel is a 15 to 20 minute walk away, this does not spoil anything. One important area for us is food allergies as my wife has Coeliacs and must avoid gluten. We always inform the hotel management on day 1 and then see how they can help us. At Sunrise Jade, we informed The Maitre D’ - Andreas and from then onwards, everything was well organised - including getting some extra things in for us and putting them in a special cupboard in the restaurant where we could help ourselves. Also, Andreas continually checked in with us on a daily basis to ensure that all the restaurants we used were aware and looking after us. First class service. We had a great week and will undoubtedly return. Thanks to all at SJ.

This is an amazing hotel.All the staff are professional and very helpful. The place is spotlessly clean. As a welcome gift the mini bar is stocked with wine, beer ,water and snacks all free of charge. The dining manager sets a wonderful ambience and the chef delivers a range of different cuisines. Breakfast is top notch with so much choice of quality food. The location is fantastic with wonderful unspoilt sea views. The beds are super comfy with memory foam mattresses. I can't praise this place enough. I think it's an outstanding hotel, and I can't wait to go back .

5:5 and to me is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The attention to detail, the beauty of the place, it’s clean, the food is incredible, the staff are in abundance and all wonderful, the rooms are gorgeous and the whole experience is 10/10. Upon arrival we were given a welcome drink then had our cases taken to the room. The introduction to the hotel was clear and everything has been thought out. We had our first dinner and were greeted by lovely waiters and waitresses, all of whom were eager to help make the experience as good as possible. Lovely bar tendor at the pool bar (costas I think) and he was so lovely and great cocktails. Everything is so clean! The rooms are gorgeous and the whole place is well designed. The pools are maintained well, if I had any ******* it would be that the indoor pool area is a little bit smelly and not very warm but it’s still beautiful. I would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat.
