Last day at this great hotel. Staff are outstanding, very clean. Came bed and breakfast which was good but like to go out to eat at evening. Our children who are ages between 15 and 24 had a great time. Pool area is fantastic with a swim up bar, I seen on some reviews saying children was going in that area , but bar staff did ask them kindly to move to other pool. Would I return, absolutely! Thank you Kapetanios you have have been great.

we stayed in this hotel in october bed and breakfast.and had a superior room on the 3rd floor room no 325.the room was ok nothing special but clean.the bath looked like it had seen its better days as there was stains all in the bottom.the shower was over the bath.the room had a double bed and also there was a hair dryer as well and free safe and free air con and free wi fi and a small fridge in your room which was good.you also had a kettle as well with 1 set of complementary tea and coffee.once that was used they wanted 5 euros to top up on that so i recommend you bring your own tea and coffee or buy from the local supermarkets.we had a balcony as well but it was not the view i would like.next door was the magic dancing water live show so you had all the metal frame work as your view and the beach in the distance.the only good thing about this was every night you got to see the show free which last 1 hour so we saved 20 euros each.also there was hardly any english channels on the tv. the restaurant was ok but nothing to write home about.they had a lovely pool area as well with sun beds. you could reserve your sunbeds for a price if you wanted which is not cheap.if you can try and get a room over looking the pool otherwise you will hear all the music on the ***** till 1.00am.for the price we paid i would defenitely come back to this hotel as there are some really expensive hotel in the ***** in protaras.

A 10 day stay from Oct 7 bed & breakfast, most important thing the weather was great 29c + every day. Don't always believe the internet wether websites, we had a late Check in, my room & key card waiting for me at reception no passports or documents to show nothing to sign simple, my room was on 4th floor, the bathroom a little small but perfectly clean & adequate for our needs, beds were comfortable and House keeping every day and very clean too, no kitchen just a kettle, the safe was also included most other hotels charge for this, The breakfast was great I couldn't fault it excellent choice from hot stuff to cold meats and cheeses to yogurts & fruit, cake, mini croissants with chocolate sauce, cereal, and all your bread and jams the list goes on, if we had had to go out and buy breakfast it would almost probably be over 150 EUR for Both of us for our stay so can't complain, we didn't dine at the hotel in the evening so i can't comment on that. The pool area was most impressive however I thought the pool bar was a little expensive for food & drinks ( there was a McDonald's right opposite the hotel) yet again most people would put there towels on the sun loungers but I only used the pool area a few times, The sea was absolutely amazing so warm it was very busy and couldn't always get a lounger or umbrella €2.50 for each you had to get there early, the location of the hotel was perfect probably 8min walk to the beach, the complex was ideal for people with mobility issues with ramps and 2 elevators one small and a much larger one big enough for a wheelchair, also mobility scooter were available to hire but not sure from the hotel though. Had a lovely holiday, I thought mostly suited for older couples and families if you want a more lively holiday with clubs and more bars and are much younger 18+ go to ayia Napa area much more lively I think, great restaurants which are fairly priced good sized portions,if you go self catering there was a Lidl (not far to walk ) I thought a little expensive compared to the UK, there were plenty of other supermarkets The best buy was pretty reasonable, especially for some alcoholic drinks they even offer to open the bottles for you if you want, oh and cigarettes from € 4 a pack The area of protaras was a little run down and needs a bit of attention especially the pavement areas so do be careful a very good bus service ran so you can explore future if you want, I would return to the hotel again and think it was great value for money.

Fab hotel in central location. Stayed here for 10 nights and the hotel is modern, extremely clean and staff very friendly and helpful. The sunbeds are super comfy and no issue getting one any time of the day. Pools lovely and clean (a little on the cold side though) there was also a swim up bar chilled pool area with a jacuzzi which was lovely. Waiter service for all drinks/food ordered at bar. We were here on half board basis. Breakfast absolutely lovely with the usual English fry up fare. Evening meal limited and not many options but I enjoyed the soup and salad plus they always had a pasta/chicken/beef or pork option and vegetables. I understand they may be offering all inclusive next year so I presume there will be more options and variation for evening meals. We had a superior twin room. Very spacious, plenty of storage and hangers. Air con worked very well, was free and we could leave one key card in the slot to keep the room cool all day. Free safe and fridge. Hairdryer and kettle for tea/coffee. Rooms cleaned every day and clean towels provided daily. Sheets changed regularly. Hotel is very centrally located on the *****. Loads of bars/ restaurants on your doorstep. Beach no more than a 10 minute slow stroll away. I emailed the hotel a few days asking for a quiet room pool view and they happily obliged. So if you are particular noise sensitive I would suggest emailing them to request a quiet room. We enjoyed it so much we have booked again for next year. Thank you everyone at the Kapetanios. See you next year
