Livas Hotel Apartments

Very clean and comfortable and friendly, my dad and mum went there for 30 years plus and that's how i learnt about here and it is the only place in Cyprus i would stay,i used to go on my own knowing i was meeting my dad or my mum and dad when i got there, i went with my neighbour this time and i feel had i gone on my own i may not have enjoyed it as much although this has nothing to do with the hotel, its just i am not a person who would like to spend 2 whole weeks on my own, which never used to be a problem.

Have used the Livas 5 times whilst on holiday with Cyprus Rocks, and have booked again for 2024, Great Hotel and Location with my favourite pub Panis opposite. The hotel reception is quick to check in and always friendly.

Just returned from another lovely holiday in Cyprus & we stayed at the Livas Hotel Pernera the owners & staff here cannot do enough for you & its a wonderful place to stay Its very close to beaches & numerous restaurants & I would certainly not hesitate to recommend this hotel if your looking for a stress free break

I have been visiting this area for many years. Have stayed in another complex till this year when I changed to Livas. Really nice apartments, clean, nicely equipped. In a great area near to the beach which is beautiful. Plenty of restaurants around and the boardwalk that is now extended into Protaras & beyond. Staff in Livas are very friendly, helpful. Breakfast has a good variety of options for all tastes. The bar menu is decent & affordable should you wish to have a night in.

Just returned from another lovely hol at this brilliant hotel first since the pandemic can't recommend highly enough beautiful clean apartments near the beach and staff can't do enough for you can't wait for next year

Location of the hotel was good. The beach was a few minutes walk through a cute path. The hotel is old, but completely renovated. Our room was spacious, comfortable, clean and nice with a view of the pool from our balcony. Breakfast was good, but the only coffee was cheap instant and the "butter" was margarine that we absolutely dislike. Good for groups and families. The main elevator was new, large and very fast. The whole place was tidy and clean. Unfortunately the bathroom towels were the smallest, thinnest, we have ever had in a hotel and had an unpleasant smell. When a hotel close to the sea doesn't provide sea towels it should be mentioned on their website. Thanks to the girls on our arrival for their kindness and helpfulness. Unfortunately I can't say that for the rude older woman who came later and made us feel unwelcome and like we went there for free.

Overall the room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was quite good with plenty of options. We booked through *********** and everything went smoothly. The hotel is situated in a convenient location in the Pernera area.

Our second visit to the Livas. This fantastic, family friendly hotel is run by some of the loveliest people you could ever meet. Warm, attentive and hardworking, they made this a memorable stay for us. The apartment we had was spacious and very clean and with a lovely view of the sea. The Livas is ideally situated a few minutes from the beach, restaurant and bars. There is also the fantastic pool! Did I mention the Buffett breakfast? It is of a very high quality, delicious and with plenty of choice. Cannot wait to come back.
