Back this week from 10 day stay. We loved the location with great access to a lovely cove and the coastal path with Protaras centre not far with an excellent bus service if not walking. This hotel is well maintained with fresh towels daily as well as room cleaning. We were half board and the food was lovely and varied,we always found something to enjoy. I had fresh baked salmon cut from huge fish twice as it was so delicious. The staff are extremely courteous, helpful and very friendly. Following a minor head injury I had the reception staff attended to me and followed up asking me for several days if I was OK. Special thanks to the Finnish lady whose name I fail to remember sorry. We were very well looked after by all the staff in every area. Effie in the bar was delightful, Andreas, George and Modestos in the main restaurant made us feel special every day and always found time in their busy day to chat for a while. The hotel is lucky to have such a great team. The facilities were first class. The pools are great with one minor issue in that if you were disabled, not particularly strong, or a non swimmer it is quite difficult to enter and exit any of the pools as only 3 steps into water with no graduation. Nice touches of fruit and slippers in rooms, water fountains on floors and near the pool,as well as entertainment a few evenings during our stay. The gym and aqua zumba, boule and darts during the day all adds to the hotels charm whether you took part or not. The Spa was closed when we were there. Great little Splash park and shallow pool for little ones. Oh and lovely comfortable beds. No complaints from us.
