nice! Biltmore was sold, should it be owned by omin group now? The key tags all show that a certain graduate has stayed here on a certain day. It would be better if there is a tour introducing the hotel. The price is also very cheap, the parking fee is a bit expensive.

Very bad experience for a room at 2400RMB a night. The hotel is very old (it can't be seen that it has been renovated in 2019). I booked a suite but the bathroom is very small, and the small bathtub with shower head still smells bad. The service is even weirder: when we made a reservation, three people asked for a sofa bed, but when we got to the room, there was no sofa bed. When we went out, we told the front desk that only blankets and pillows were brought back to our room; The "waiter" just helped to pull the sofa away. We were not responsible for making the bed. We had to do it ourselves. Later, we found that the blanket we gave was too small to cover our feet. The cleaning was average, there were broken hairs on the pillow, and the other pillowcase was yellow. Parking costs 33 dollars outside the hotel and there is no valet parking. From service to facilities, it feels like a hotel.

The hotel is very close to the train station, within a 10-minute walk. It is also very close to Brown University. Across a river is the campus of Rhode Island School of Design and Brown University. The bus station and subway station are right in front of the hotel. The hotel is very stylish, and the photos are very beautiful. The room we lived in was different from the one in the picture. It is said that we changed to a bigger suite with a wide view, but the bathroom is not big. Check-in is only available at 4 pm, and luggage storage is available.
