Homewood Suites by Hilton Providence Downtown ★★★

"The hotel is in a super great location, just a 5-minute walk from Providence train station. The hotel receptionist was very nice to help our check-in process very fast. The washing machine and dryer facilities are located on the 7th floor. 30mins use cost $2 (need to change quarter coins at reception. Detergent is also available at reception costing $2). The room is large and cozzy, comfortable and extremely big king size bed. The sofa bed is not that comfortable but the blanket is very comfortable. Japanese supermarket Maruichi is just a 7-minute walk distance, where sells frozen, fresh food, grocery, and ready to eat sushi and rice. The hotel staff suggested to go to Trader Joe's, which is 1 mile away, to have more fruits and vegetable choices. The 7-Eleven runs 24hrs just right at the corner, so shopping is very convenient. The breakfast has a wide range of variety: cereal, bagel, toast, pancake, juice, coffee, fruit, yogurt, sausage, fried or boiled eggs. It only takes 10 minutes to walk from hotel to Brown University and RISD. There are many steep slopes along the way, but the view of the city from the commanding heights is very beautiful. I highly recommend staying at Homewood Suite"

Extended Stay America Suites - Providence ★★

"There were hairs on the bed, and the comforter at this kind of American hotel is just a thin blanket and two sheets (not a duvet cover!!). It made me feel so unhygienic! I was disgusted using it. The hallway reeked of sex, and the carpet was so dirty it looked like it hadn't been cleaned! There were arguments in the middle of the night, and we were right next to the highway, so the traffic was so noisy! I checked in a few boxes before leaving, but when I got them, the seals had been broken! I was speechless!"

Renaissance Providence Downtown Hotel ★★★★

"The hotel is very good, especially the service in the restaurant is good."

Neptune, an Ash Hotel ★★★

"Cozy small hotel with convenient location, please note there is no fridge in the room, otherwise quiet nice stay!"

Michie House in College Hill ★★

"Check-in is more troublesome"

Hilton Providence ★★★★

"Neat hotel with basic needs. Nothing special but does the job."

Providence Marriott Downtown ★★★★

"I have stayed here before. The service was very poor and expressionless. Although it has been renovated, some parts are still very old. Parking is 25 dollars per day. Not recommended."

Residence Inn Providence Downtown ★★★

"The hotel rooms are spacious and perfect for families. The location is excellent, within walking distance of Macy's, offering convenient shopping and dining options. RISD and Brown College are also within walking distance. The hotel also provides a microwave, refrigerator, induction cooktop, cookware, and plates, making it easy to prepare simple meals."
