Este hotel supuestamente cumple con todas las normas sanitarias del Minsal Covid 19 hotel de transición. Pero la realidad es que el hotel está en pésimas condiciones, las sábanas y ropa de cama están inmundas, el intercomunicador no funciona, la iluminación no funciona bien, el agua del grifo huele mal y está fuera de servicio. Pésima opción sanitaria, el hotel debería ser clausurado de inmediato. Lamentablemente el Sr. Seremi Camilo Andrés Bravo Bravo Supervisor de Hoteles de Tránsito se niega a aceptar los problemas reportados y también se niega a cambiarme de hotel. One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at.

Hotel horrível. Não tem nada a ver com as fotos postadas. Tudo extremamente velho. Nos colocaram em um quarto no 5o andar, onde tinha um barulho insuportável, eles falaram que era do sistema a gás, mas não tinha como dormir. Pedimos para trocar e nos colocaram no 4o andar, onde o barulho era menor, mas ainda sim dava pra ouvir. Mais de uma vez, faziam a arrumação do quarto, mas não deixavam toalhas limpas, levavam as usadas e não faziam a reposição. O box não fechava direito, então, cada banho o banheiro inundava e não tinha tapete ou toalha de chão, automaticamente, a gente pisava e molhava o quarto todo, pq não tinha onde secar os pés. Café da manhã servido tarde e muito sem graça. Não recomendo a ninguém.

El hotel en general está bien pero me parece triste que para el desayuno te pongan un café de sobre que ni es café , son detalles que fallan y no son caros para hacerlo bien. Las habitaciones son cómodas y limpias, la ubicación es muy buena para visitar la ciudad
