Mineral water is only provided on the first day. The front desk service is not bad. When asked for mineral water, she said no. But she was also polite."

"I stayed at this hotel and We do loved it. The pool was small but pretty and very nice, and the service from the morning front desk staff was excellent. Francisca was especially sweet, kind, and very welcoming. I stayed only a cup days, but I really enjoyed the breakfast, and I want to highlight Hugo’s attention in particular. He speaks little English, but he was very helpful, very nice and made the experience very Greatfull. The hotel itself is beautiful, and I also liked the small Market next door—it felt almost like a supermarket, which was very convenient. If I had to mention one small detail, in the evening the receptionist on duty was an older gentleman. I asked him about possible tours or activities, and he told me that the neighborhood could be unsafe at night and advised me not to go out. He also mentioned he could send me some information via my personal WhatsApp. It felt a bit unprofessional but overall everything was fine. thanks hugo and Francisca wonderfull service"

"The lobby and outside of this hotel looked nice. However, when we got to our room, we were very disappointed. The room was old and dated, especially the carpet. We were glad we brought flip flops to walk around in. The shower had mildew, especially on the fixtures. We were on the second floor. Not sure if the higher floors were nicer. The location was great, as it was within walking distance to a lot of restaurants, shops, and sights. The breakfast was another good thing about this hotel. It had a great variety of hot and cold items. It sustained us for much of the day. Other than the location and breakfast, I would recommend trying a different hotel until this property goes through a major renovation."

"The hotel was absolutely wonderful; the staff were incredibly welcoming and patient. The hotel is located at the foot of Mount Our Lady, within walking distance. The hotel environment is beautiful, with a swimming pool, charming dining options, and a delicious breakfast!"

"We stayed in Guanako for a couple of night when we first arrived in Santiago. The hostel is great and in a great locations. The staff on reception are extremely helpful and have lots of useful information for exploring the city. We had a private rooms with a a share bathroom, for the price we paid we were very happy. The roof terrace and kitchen area on the top door are great too."

"The only good thing was the location; Providencia is a safe, beautiful, and well-connected area. Breakfast was passable, although with little variety and terrible coffee. The bed was comfortable, but the room was very small. The bathtub didn't have a plug, so it could only be used as a shower and was slippery. The toiletries were low quality, and there was only shower gel, which we also used as hand soap and shampoo. Now for the bad: no Wi-Fi, and sometimes it was very slow and kept cutting out. The pool clearly hasn't been open for a long time. The safe was tiny; a laptop wouldn't fit, and ours was locked. They weren't very helpful when we asked them to open it (in the end, we decided not to ask them to open it again because it was too small for us). We asked for an iron, and they told us it was the only one in the hotel, and it stained my husband's shirt. One day a pipe burst and the ENTIRE hotel reeked of sewage. We had to open the windows and endure the cold (it rained that day), but it was better than putting up with the stench. In short, an old, neglected hotel that isn't worth the price. Look for other hotels and save yourself the trouble of discovering you've been ripped off while you're already there."

"The hotel is not bad, located a 30-40-minute walk from the historic center and a 5-minute walk from the metro. There's a nice view of the Andes from the window. The staff isn't very welcoming or welcoming, but that didn't detract from our stay. Unfortunately, there's no kettle in the room, only a coffee machine with two capsules for two days for two people. And a glass bottle of water that looked like it came straight from the tap."
