Host was very helpful, especially when I arrived and was having issues. Apar**ent was cozy, and good size for me. Liked having a functional balcony as well as a kitchen. Would have liked to have a working stove however I found that it did not work after getting food to heat in it. Bathroom was a good size, but definitely could use some paint and fixing up. Would stay again and recommend. Location alone, next to metro for easy travel around city. And the two gentleman working front desk in the evening were fun, friendly, and a joy to chat with.

We stayed here for a week and during that time walked to various sites. The location was perfect as it was in the middle of everything we saw. There was a small grocery store down the street that we stopped at daily. While we didn't use the metro, there is a station just outside the building. The apar**ent had everything we needed and with the few questions we had, the owners were good to respond quickly. They had space for us to store our luggage before check-in and after check-out. Took us a little to get familiar with the security measures to get into the building (QR code), but after we had it down, it was nice that those measures are in place for our safety. We would highly recommend this apar**ent to anyone traveling to Santiago.

Very good experience, we liked it so much that on other trips to Santiago we will definitely look for this accommodation!
Apar**ent very well located, safe (concierge control service via QRCode, very practical and safe) and with super easy access to the subway and shopping centers (we decided to enjoy the walk and this made us discover the daily lives of Chileans).
Lots of restaurant options, fast food chains (there's everything nearby)
Clean accommodation (cleaning service scheduled), air conditioning is great, bathroom is also clean. Overall, everything was clean and organized.
I recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming environment to stay, Rho is an excellent choice. We thank the host and his team for the excellent service provided.

The accommodation was excellent. The location is great with several shops and the metro nearby. The apar**ent was very comfortable for two people and had a view of the mountain range. There is a place to store your bags if you arrive early. The owner was very helpful and resolved everything quickly and friendly. I would stay there again and recommend it to friends.
