It's ok ! but the price is very very expensive ! NH Hotel was not worth for this price !

This is a story of 2 parts over 2 stays 11 days apart. The first stay was pretty good, we had a room on the 17th floor where the views were amazing The room was large and clean. The shower is a plastic insert and very slippery when wet. The shower head was large but a lot of the holes were blocked, but effective enough. The wi-fi was good, the breakfast was OK. We had lunch there as part of a group and it was very poor. The steak was like rubber. The bed was very firm and very high off the ground. So overall this stay was pretty good. However stay No2 came along. This time the room was on the 3rd floor so views of air conditioning units were in your face, but not a problem. This time there were 2 significant issues.
The floor was very dirty, feet ended up black after a shower. The second issue is that the room was located in the foyer next to the elevators. All night there was loud music which penetrated our room making sleeping difficult. We rang the night manager but he could do nothing about it as he did not know where the on/off switch was. Make sure you do not book any room around the elevator foyers.

The location is very good, but the sound insulation is too bad. The hotel is at the intersection of Wuliu Tiao Road. The noise is very loud. The room is small. There is no waiter to help carry the luggage. I won't book it in the future.

Upon first glance, the hotel presents a modern and fresh exterior that promises a contemporary stay. However, the allure quickly fades once inside, as the affordable nature of the furnishings becomes apparent. The cleanliness leaves much to be desired, with the shower area particularly showcasing a lack of attention to detail. The breakfast service was notably subpar, with a consistent shortage of essentials such as plates and cutlery. The presence of two coffee machines did little to alleviate the morning rush, as only one was operational, leading to an endless queue. Additionally, the WiFi strength was disappointingly weak, hindering any attempts to work efficiently. These observations were consistent on the 19th and 20th of April, 2024. Whether these issues were an anomaly or a regular occurrence is unclear. However, it's worth noting that on the 21st, the conditions appeared to have improved.

Estuvimos dos veces en nuestro circuito por Chile, en la primera estancia con reserva en habitación superior la adjudicada era normal y no hubo posibilidad de cambio. Solicitamos una manta porque hacia frio en la habitación y hubo que reclamarla varias veces y cuando llego era una vergüenza para un hotel de esta categoría, sucia y vieja. Además y esto es muy importante no atienden al teléfono ni las llamadas externas ni las internas desde la habitación, teníamos que recibir instrucciones del turoperador y al final anduvimos de cabeza por la falta de atención del hotel. Yo mismo comprobé la realidad de la falta de atención. Ubicación buena en un barrio comercial, habitación pequeña sin posibilidad de climatización. En el segundo viaje al retorno del circuito gracias a Belén de recepción se mejoró en parte la mala actuación anterior, pero nos adjudico una habitación justo al lado de ascensores y aunque puede parecer ilógico, a las 02,30 de la madrugada tuve que llamar a recepción para que cortaran la música con volumen alto del pasillo, ya que era imposible dormir. La manta que nos facilitaron (seguía haciendo frio en la habitación), era acorde con el hotel en calidad y en presencia. Deben de mejorar el aspecto atención telefónica y al cliente
