They had advertised a fridge in the room. There was a small one where I put food. The problem was that when I left the hotel cut all the electricity in the room so my food spoiled.
Also, at night there was no air conditioning. I woke many times uncomfortably warm. If I had known about it I wouldn’t have booked there.

Average standard, extremely kind and polite staff. Good room structure and breakfast. The problem is that for hot water to come out in the shower, you must open the tap and leave it for around 5 minutes until it heats up. The most interesting thing is that there is a message in the bathroom “HELP CARE FOR THE PLANET, DON’T WASTE WATER”. !!!! Finally, I think solving this problem is a small, economical hotel that serves a good range of tourists. I recommend it but I wouldn't go back. Even so, I would like to thank ALL employees for their attention.

The room is a little small, good, simple, but nothing special. The problem with the room is that the hallway on the floor we stayed on seemed a little cramped. The elevator is tiny!!!
The bathroom is very good.
Breakfast is good, but the problem is the replacement. We had to ask the employee twice to replace it, and even then, it still took a long time. This was very unpleasant for a hotel of this level.
The location is good. Quiet street.
Comfortable bed. We went in the summer and the air conditioning worked well.

Hotel shows signs of age, such as peeling floors and worn furniture, but everything worked, including the air conditioning. Impeccable cleanliness and great location. The breakfast could be better, which does not have good quality products, in addition to lacking items such as fruit salad at the beginning. The coffee should start earlier, as there are tours that leave before 7am, and nothing is offered. We arrived just before 2pm but the man at reception still made us wait until 2pm to check in, and obviously the hotel wasn't full... but we left at 8am at checkout and there was no talk of a refund. This lack of small kindnesses makes a difference, it's worth considering.

The hotel is in an excellent location in Providencia. Close to the Metro station and the shopping area. It is a good point to explore the city. The building is comfortable as are the rooms. We were a family of four in a room with two double beds. Spacious, clean, good bathroom and internet. We also occupied a garage because we drove from Argentina. The breakfast is correct and the reception and cleaning staff are very attentive. Without a doubt I would stay there again.
