Desafortunadamente, mi experiencia en este hotel durante un momento de emergencia en mi ciudad fue extremadamente decepcionante. A pesar de que la región estaba en estado de calamidad pública debido a inundaciones y tragedias, el hotel se negó a reembolsar mi dinero por una reserva cancelada. Esta falta de empatía y consideración hacia la situación de emergencia local es inaceptable. No puedo recomendar este lugar a otros viajeros hasta que demuestren una mayor responsabilidad y sensibilidad hacia sus clientes y la comunidad en general. Hagan google de Rio Grande do Sul, Brasil, inundaciones y tengan idea de lo Que pasó.

Front desk was friendly, however:
- on entry = no towels
- safe was locked
- needed assistance to open patio door
- floor was dirty
- on Day 3 = are you ever going to clean the room? = Ok, just leave your key at the front desk, and tell them??
- breakfast = artificial watered down juice
Great location, just lousy service for a hotel.

Hotel pequeño pero muy funcional. Excelente ubicación a una cuadra de Avenida Providencia y de bares de Manuel Montt. Habitación cómoda. Muy bueno el desayuno. Personal muy atento y servicial. Camas cómodas y buena presión de agua en las duchas. Todo estuvo perfecto. Volvería sin dudas

El hotel es muy bonito y bien ubicado. Habitaciones cómodas y acogedoras. Nos dejaron una habitación en la primera planta a pie de calle y al lado del restaurante del hotel. Pésima idea, se oía el ruido hasta tarde y por la mañana, no se puede descansar. Estuve por reunión de trabajo, solicité el cambio por este problema y no me dieron solución. El desayuno bueno, pero poca variedad de leches y cereales, sobre todo para aquellos con intolerancia.

We had a wonderful stay at the Tagle Hotel. We were able to book a room last min. We chose the balcony room- which was nice to get some fresh air and overlook the street. The staff are very friendly - great service! The area is very safe, with lots of dining and shopping options nearby. The metro is also super close. Everything was clean, staff was attentive - 24 hour front desk and cameras. Breakfast buffet was very nice. Would definitely stay again! We also ate at the restaurant downstairs and it was wonderful!

El hotel cuenta con muy buena ubicación y comodidad en la habitación, solamente lamentamos que nos entregaron la habitación del primer piso, justo afuera está el restaurante que hace bastante ruido tanto en la mañana, como en la tarde, también despertamos pasadas las 6 porque se escucha mucho el ruido desde la consejería y las personas que preparan el desayuno. Le preguntamos al personal del hotel sobre el ruido posible y la posibilidad del cambio de habitación, pero mencionaron que estaba lleno el hotel. El desayuno bueno, pero le falta variedad sobre todo en los lácteos, ya que solo cuentan con leche entera y con lactosa. El personas de todas formas fue muy amable.

El hotel posee una excelente ubicación, personal muy agradable y un buen desayuno. El único inconveniente que tuvimos fue que alojamos en el primer piso y despertamos alrededor de las 6:30am ya que sentíamos pisadas desde el piso superior, por lo que creemos que entre piso no hay un buen aislante acústico. Recomendaría el hotel, pero no alojar en el primer piso

The rooms were very cozy and the cleanliness and good location of the hotel are amazing for the price that you pay. The people at the front desk were super welcoming and eager to help with anything that I might have needed. There was free breakfast in the morning and also a station to get coffee and tea, and they held onto my luggage for me the day I checked out so I could continue to explore the city. Amazing hotel!
