We liked the hotel organized reception service only our room as the window was defective, it was blowing, and the mattress was spring, but we didn't complain at the hotel our trip was very busy, you have to order a snack box which the hotel prepares for you to eat when you leave before breakfast.

Quiero destacar la amabilidad y excelente atención del personal quienes me ayudaron a organizar unos tours con poca anticipación y todo salió excelente. I had stayed at the hotel before and it had worked, the location works for me because I always travel to that area. Today, 4/24, I made a reservation on booking again and I arrived at 11:00 p.m. by car, the intercom rang 4 times and nothing, I got out to ring the bell twice and after a while a young lady came out in one piece and minutes later a young guard type. The lady tells me that there is no reservation in my name, I show her the reservation but she didn't even want to look at it because maybe not? She just repeated that they had nothing to do with the booking reservations..., unusual at 11:00 p.m. At night I was not received at the hotel even though I had a reservation, they only offered me a more expensive room, finally they would have respected the price but clearly there was no service there. I went to a hotel a few blocks from there, and now I will have to request a refund since the cancellation shows that I must pay 70 dollars. Very bad Bonaparte in the service

Very nice hotel in the Providencia district, good connection to the metro, absolutely helpful staff and good breakfast. We were a group which arrived and left on different days. We stayed for one night ...between flights. From the south to the north in this hotel and could deposit luggage, everything worked out wonderfully. I can totally recommend it

Simple, cozy, quiet, peaceful and well located hotel.
Very attentive and helpful staff.
It is true that it does not have a super infrastructure, however it has enough and necessary to work and rest without discomfort.
Internet works well.
Breakfast has good options. Very well located on a quiet street, without much traffic.
It is a hotel with an excellent value for money.

And we really liked the Hotel Bonaparte. It is quietly located in a good part of Santiago. Very courteous staff with good English. We were able to leave our luggage there while we traveled on to Patagonia and the Atacama Desert. That was great. Of course everything could be more modern, but it was fine for us. Rooms are clean, big enough, underground parking and pool. Breakfast is OK. We would happily go back.

There were two reasons for me to go back to this hotel: location and the good experience I had in 2016 when I stayed there.
In general, I had a good experience, I did not spend too much time in the hotel just rest at night from work.
In this visit I noticed the hotel will benefit a lot from renovating some areas/facilities.
Bathrooms tubs are not so well mantain, neither A/C systems. A fresh professional painting will provide a better impresion shen staying longer.
