Hotel Boutique Tremo

Location: Ok... there is nothing very close, apart from the beautiful vista patio Room: Ok...there was no cover (it was cold) and the shower is too low...it was a little uncomfortable to take a shower (I'm 1.86m)..... Problems: Breakfast is served from 8am, and this information is nowhere to be found...for those who are going to work, this was terrible..... They changed my room on the last day, as I had another reservation for my room...so far ok...but they warned me at the last minute when I was leaving...I had to arrange it in a hurry so as not to be late. It's an ok hotel...with potential....but with many points to improve.

They have to improve the WiFi and the breakfast service, those who served me seem very apathetic, and supposedly I had double breakfast but they served me only one. The rest seems excellent to me!

My room had a hydro. We turned on the bathtub and a lot of dirt came out of the corners... hair, grease and some black crusts that I have no idea what it is. We left it there and in 3 days it was not cleaned. On the 1st day, a small piece of plastic fell on the floor, after 3 days of stay, the plastic was still there in the middle of the room, showing that cleaning was not done correctly. But that wasn't even the worst! We had a problem with the hot water and the hotel reception, instead of changing rooms or finding a solution, made my boyfriend and I go downstairs to take a shower in a tiny bathroom with an exit to reception. Complete humiliation.

Excellent value for money. Excellent location, very close to Pátio Bellavista, restaurants, bars, convenience stores, etc. Clean, helpful staff. Even though for the low daily price, I didn't expect anything very different, the breakfast, although simple, could have been better, there was a lack of milk and butter on several occasions and the bread was hard and brittle. But the balance was quite positive

As a whole, the hotel isn't terrible, it's just not good or even sufficient. There are many flaws that greatly affect the stay. The room I stayed in did NOT have Wi-Fi, I spent 5 days there having to go to the area near the reception (outside the building, where there are chairs, near the reception inside there is nowhere to sit) to have the minimum signal. I complained and asked for a solution more than 4 times and with different employees. The explanation was that they were having problems with the modem in that area (my room and breakfast area) and that it would be fixed the next day, in no time it was. They even promised me a room change which later proved impossible to do. And for the Wi-Fi networks in the room, they didn't give me the password and didn't even explain why they didn't give it. Regarding breakfast, it wasn't good, especially for Brazilians. Firstly, the breakfast dynamics were not well explained. Basically, you leave your room, sit at one of the tables and wait for one of the staff to bring the food. You are not asked what you would like or much less informed about the options, it is not self service like in Brazil. Second, every day there are variations of the same things: sandwich, a small plate of fruit, half a cup of yogurt, a small portion of cereal, a juice and you can help yourself to coffee or tea. Furthermore, the staff are very polite, the bathrooms are not bad, the beds are comfortable and the air conditioning is very good. In some rooms there is no minibar.
