The one who received us had a very heavy attitude as she laughed at us in a mocking way. They wanted to charge us a percentage more apart from what the page said (where it said it included taxes and so on) even though we were paying in cash.
We wasted an hour waiting for a response and on top of that they didn't give any solution. Bad experience

When we arrived they started by charging us. Only then were we brought to what must have been a 12 m2 room. The amazement a room of approximately 5 m2. For the anecdote in the morning for the breakfasts they brought us 2 trays which we could only put on the bed, we should have put ourselves on the bed with the trays, laughable because it was so grotesque and ridiculous. Finally we are put in the living room for lunch.
I am 77 years old and I travel a lot and have never experienced a situation like this. hoteliers can put anyone on their site.
