Hotel Diego De Almagro ~ Providencia offers good services to their passengers at fair prices. Their rooms are comfortable and quiet as compared to other hotels closer to Providencia or Nueva Providencia , main arteries which represent the newer hupcup of Santiago's business, commercial and entertainment centers.Thus, its location is in the Commune of Providencia that happens to be a safe and well protected area of the city. Breakfast services are provided for an extra charge which is cheaper than what nearby cafes or restaurants charge. Breakfast food is great and plentiful, by the way. The hotel staff is very professional and English is spoken at the main counter.
I enjoyed staying at this hotel.
I enjoyed staying at this particular hotel because it was within ten (10) minutes from Providencia' s centrum by foot.

Buena ubicación pero las facilidades del hotel son viejas y no se preocupan por renovarlas. El internet del hotel lleva más de un mes que no funciona en las habitaciones, en ningún piso y al parecer no tienen intenciones de arreglarlo. El buffet es muyyyy caro para lo que ofrecen. El gimnasio parece de los años 60

Volví después de algunos años , ha bajado la calidad del servicio y no mantuvieron la parte edilicia . La atención en el front desk , es mala En el restaurant , son cálidos y atentos los mozos , pero tienen poco personal y hay q esperar mucho sobre todo en el horario de la cena y fin de semana . Hable con la supervisora de ese sector y me ignoró . El desayuno , es malo . En el cuarto Las cortinas y vidrios de la ventanas muy sucios *Si son buenos los colchones y almohadas . *Y el personal de mantenimiento solucionó algunas cosas puntuales de forma rápida La limpieza diaria es normal En el baño MUY viejas las toallas y toallones Desproporcionada la altura de la bañera con respecto al piso . Sugiero no ir con gente mayor . Cuidado dentro de la bañera ! Muy resbalosa . Por todo esto considero q no debería ser 4 estrellas y demasiado caro para lo q ofrecen No vuelvo de ninguna manera

Didn’t offer late checkin. Late checkout came at 25 or 50 percent day rate. Broken bathroom foot tap. Leaking ceilings. Poor internet. No iron in room.
Good location walking distance to train, mall and restaurants but won’t stay here again.
Leandro at the breakfast was always always helpful. Best thing about this stay.
