服務挺好的，就是看不懂西班牙文，到超市買東西很不方便，容易出錯！想去買鹽，結果買成了小蘇打，問了超市的人，一直給我拿的是小蘇打，回酒店打開，才發現不是鹽！

有廚房，可以做飯，非常好。在中國大使館邊上，非常安全。早餐也很棒，前台服務員服務很好。總體説來是不錯的選擇

This was not our usual pick for Santiago but we had meetings nearby and took a chance. The suburb that Almasur resides in is a quirky and friendly neighbourhood with a charming plaza of restaurants, cafes and bars. There are a few private schools and colleges, the Main Street is cobbled and lined with Plane trees so it has an atmosphere rather like Paris!The hotel is brand new and perfect for business with large rooms. The cafe bar down stairs is great for working and meeting. I will be staying here again.

Galera, fique o ALERTA A TODOS! Tinha hospedagem marcada para maio/24 nesse hotel, porém precisei ficar internado por dengue grave um dia antes do meu check-in (todos sabem que estamos passando por uma epidemia em alguns lugares do Brasil, infelizmente). Abri o pedido de remarcação para alterar a data da hospedagem, porém foi negado pelo hotel, mesmo eu fazendo a solicitação um dia antes do check-in. Resumo da ópera, fiquei com prejuízo.

O hotel é muuto bom, tem infraestutura ótima, localização perfeita, funcionários simpáticos e prestativos. Em todo momento fomos bem servidos E nos sentindo extremamente confortável. Quarto ótimo, a cama e topa roupa de cama chega a doer na hora da despedida. Café da manhã super completo, enfim... você não vai se arrepender.

Escolhi o hotel após várias pesquisas e não me arrependi! Localização excelente! Hotel novo, moderno, quartos bem equipados e confortáveis. O hotel dispõe de um restaurante, ao meu ver, a melhor gastronomia que provei em Santiago. Fui em alguns renomados, mas n troco o do hotel por nenhum desses. Atendimento impecável! Funcionários solicitos, cordiais e agradáveis. Mesmo não falando o idioma, se esforçam em nos compreender de forma gentil. Adorei e voltarei mais vezes, com certeza!

Excelente ubicación en una zona segura, con muchos restaurantes cerca así como otro tipo de comercios. La atención del personal fue muy cálido, el restaurante tiene una variedad de platos y el servicio de bar excelente. En recepción el personal muy ágil y presto a servirlo de la mejor forma.
