We had purchased a superior room and were upgraded to a wonderful junior suite. The breakfast is excellent and plentiful, served in the garden in good weather. "What a find!! After a very long drive we took the narrow roads leading to the hotel. We arrived safely & checked in. Our large room was lovely with seating outside. We had made a reservation at the restaurant as the hotel is quite remote. We were so glad we did. The food & service was superb some of the best we had on our 3 week road trip. They don’t get many English people here but they speak English & made us feel very welcome. Car parking is out the front."

"Recently, we had a very bizarre experience at this restaurant at lunchtime. We have stopped there before and found it very good value and quality for a Menu del dia, and appreciated the peace and easy parking away from the coast. However, this time was completely different. We ordered a half caraffe of red wine and were told that we had to have a bottle, so I ordered a glass of wine as my husband wasn`t drinking. Not possible! Really? a restaurant that can`t serve you a glass of wine? So we opted for water. We then noticed that the only other table with diners had a half caraffe of wine. When we pointed this out they reluctantly brought us one. The pasta as a first course was fine but my husband's fish was like rubber. My Milanese was rather small. OK, it's a cheap meal we thought, but it wasn`t. The bill was Euro 46 which was far more than when we visited in April. We queried it and they told us we had had breakfast! How could we have had breakfast when we had just arrived in a campervan after travelling from Tuscany that morning? I hope this was just confusion on their part and not deliberate deceipt. I doubt we will be going back"

"The name of San Remo, which appeared in the American drama "Genius Rapley", the male owner took a boat from here to Sicily. We drove all the way to South France, so we adjusted it for one night. The hotel looks good and the bathroom is not small. Some sea view rooms are worth it. The next day you can see the glow and rush to the roof to open the sunrise, so beautiful! Disadvantages: The twin bed is too small, similar to the bed in the beauty salon, I dare not move the next day in a night."

"The food alone is worth the stay Came here with my family for a few nights and honestly it turned out to be one of the best trips we've had together. We weren't sure how a place like this would work with everyone in tow but it handled it really well. The rooms were excellent. Comfortable, spotlessly clean, and spacious enough that nobody felt cramped. Everyone slept well, which when you're travelling with family, is half the battle won. But the real surprise was the food. Resort dining can be a bit of a gamble you never quite know what you're going to get. Here it was genuinely impressive. Breakfast was fresh and varied, and the evening meals were proper, flavourful dishes that everyone at the table enjoyed. Even the pickier members of the family had no complaints, which says a lot. We found ourselves looking forward to mealtimes rather than just treating them as fuel. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming not chaotic, not overly formal. Staff were attentive and friendly throughout. The whole place felt well looked after and like it genuinely cares about the people staying there. No complaints at all. A great experience for the whole family and one we'd happily repeat."

The location is simply perfect: right on Corso Matteotti, just steps away from the famous Teatro Ariston and the sea. The property is elegant and well-maintained in every detail. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and offered the comfort you would expect from a true 4-star hotel. Breakfast, served on the top floor with a spectacular view of the sea and city center, was one of the highlights of my stay: fresh products, a wide selection, and impeccable service. A special thank you to the entire staff, who were exceptionally kind and professional—always ready to fulfill every request with a smile. A particular mention to the reception team, quick and extremely helpful with information and recommendations about the city. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to experience Sanremo at its best: unbeatable location, excellent comfort, and a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at home. I will definitely be back!"

"PERSONALE DISONESTO (LEGGI LA VICENDA QUI SOTTO) Avendo soggiornato qui alcune notti mentre stavo assumendo un farmaco importante, ho riposto il mio medicinale nel frigo-bar della mia stanza per mantenerlo alla corretta temperatura. Al rientro nella mia stanza dopo tutta la giornata il frigorifero è stato staccato e il mio farmaco era caldo e non più assumibile. Chiedo spiegazioni alla receptionist la quale mi dice che la donna delle pulizie per distrazione/errore potrebbe aver staccato il frigo-bar. Ovviamente sono molto arrabbiato, i miei farmaci costavano 400 euro e non si possono riordinare in breve tempo. L'hotel attiva la procedura di rimborso tramite l'assicurazione. Dopo 5 mesi l'assicurazione nega il risarcimento, sebbene sarebbe bastata una dichiarazione di colpa da parte dell'hotel per riavere i miei soldi; la richiedo quindi all'hotel e la direttrice mi risponde che i medicinali protrei anche averli danneggiati da solo apposta e che quindi se ne fregano!!! Grazie, gentilissimi!!! evitate questi posti sono tutto l'opposto di strutture che tengono al benessere dei propri clienti!!!"

"We were there last weekend, we had a great time, the staff was very, very kind and friendly, the room had a sea view, a really nice place, we will definitely be back. The only flaw is there is no fridge in the room even if it is not mandatory for those staying it is useful."

"We did a short beach stay close to Cervo. We enjoyed very much the authentic and sympahtic atmosphere in Hotel delle Rose. Very italian. It's not fancy. It's solid and trustful. They have very good food there. Seems to be a family runned hotel. The wife is a passionate baker! Every day we had delicious cakes or desserts (what a lovely smell in the house!). The staff is super friendly. We really enjoyed our time there and feel very "italianized" :-) By the way, the price is absolutley reasonable."
