Tout le séjour a été superbe. L'accueil... Une propreté impeccable... La chambre très confortable du lit a la salle d'eau rien a redire... Zéro fausse note jusque au petit dej parfait Merci a l'hôtelier... C'est un exemple a suivre

Clean room with sea view. Too bad... we ended up with a room with a door connecting to another room... we could hear any noise... even the breathing of the guests in the other room. For being a superior room... The rooms are not soundproof, noises could also be heard from neighboring rooms. 30 minutes on foot to reach the center of Sanremo and a few steps to the sea. Reception service essential and absent at night.

Our one night stay with breakfast was perfect. Pleasant setting and attentive staff. Work is planned to create a spa and a swimming pool.

Perfect for relaxing, magnificent garden, adorable staff (very wise advice for visiting the hinterland) and proximity to the beaches. The bed was large and comfortable, even if the room was spartan: no chair and view of the technical room.

A truly fantastic structure!! The photos don't do it justice... Very friendly and helpful staff.

A pretty Villa isolated from the road in a quiet area, pretty park, parking, friendly welcome, these are the advantages of the Villa Levy hotel...... As for the negative points, there are many, annex of the hotel sad enough to cry without a sea view, without charm without decoration, no minibar, no fridge in the middle of summer, air conditioning running out of steam, no bathtub, paper cup, basic welcome products, no table bedside, light above the beds that don't work, noisy cleaning in progress in the corridors at 3:50 p.m., poor insulation, and to top it off check out at 10:00 a.m.! If you are coming out of hospitalization and want to clear your mind, do not come to this hotel because the room looks exactly like a psychiatric hospital room, see attached photos. Fortunately we were there for one night just to rest a little and not on an idyllic honeymoon otherwise we would have been really disappointed. As a bonus, 20 euros extra for a small chihuahua is a bit expensive in my humble opinion. It's a shame not to have been able to really dream of the Italian dolce vita but rather to find yourself disappointed in a hospital room..

Pros - beautiful area, convenient location, the main building is newly renovated, no problems with parking. Some things are done very well, some are not thought out at all. The location is very good, it could be turned into a much better hotel with better service. For example, the parking lot is full of stones, I damaged my shoes while getting out of the car. The hotel is located near the beach, but we didn't go to it. Cons 1- cleaning starts at 6 am, the cleaning lady makes a lot of noise and it’s impossible to sleep because the sound insulation is very poor. I had to go out and ask for it to be quieter, she would go to the other floor to make noise. They entered our room several times at 9am to clean us, even though we were still sleeping. Not very nice. It’s strange to expect that people on vacation will have breakfast by 9 am, get cleaned up and go to the beach. 2 - uncomfortable bathroom, shower stall 60*60, you can stand, it’s very difficult to wash, no shelves, absolutely nowhere to put a toothbrush, even 3 - terrible breakfast costing 15 € per person. Terrible coffee, which is rare in Italy, stale baked goods, diluted juice to the point of tinted water.
