"The host, unfortunately, I don't remember her name. But, she was very very sweet and kind and very helpful. She was so cheerful and pleasant, it added to the beautiful experience on our trip to the city. She was there in stand by to offer help at anytime and she made our stay wholesome. The room was also very clean, well maintained and well equipped. It was very good value for the money. Its both close to the station and the sea, located in the center."

"The hotel refused to waive the cancellation fee, even though we had called the hotel on the day of arrival to inform them that we would be unable to arrive due to a theft. We found the car with a broken window and our luggage stolen. Since the hotel doesn't have its own parking, we would have had to leave the car unlocked on the street, so we immediately called the hotel to inform them that we would not be coming and to request the cancellation of the fee. Even though we knew we were past the free cancellation deadline, we expected the hotel to be more accommodating given the evidently difficult situation."

"We have been here for a few days. This is the second time we come and we have the opportunity to experience all the positive aspects. We are comfortable: two steps from the beach and the center. The staff were very friendly: from managers to the girl in the reception on the afternoon (extra-nice) to the night doormaster. Looking on sea view balcony, abundant breakfast without "respirating on the neck" typical of many liga breakfasts... I would say a guarantee!"

"We stayed at the Eletto Hotel several times because we appreciate the excellent service, location and kindness of all the staff. The new chef has been a pleasant surprise for his exceptional dishes such as octopus with potatos “alla sua maniera”. The new restaurant staff as well is very professional and friendly. It is definitely worth to spend an holyday at the Eletto Hotel not only for the beautiful and confortable rooms, but also for the high quality of the restaurant. Really recommended!"

But above all, an incredible host and owner David, who is a truly kind, wise and gentle soul that helps and advises in any way possible. The receptionist, Giulia, was a kind lady always with a beautiful smiling on her face trying to help when needed. We cannot wait to be back! We plant to come back to stay longer to enjoy this wonderful hotel that even offers a pool and a great breakfast. Thank you David !!! The world needs more hotel owners like you !!!"
