Je passé une bonne semaine al hôtel des anglais,ma chambre était pas belle manque des équipements pas de prises d’électricité mes affaires toute le longue de mon séjour dans les valises pas de miroir dans la chambre ecc,ni de rideaux ni d’équipements dans la salle de bain mais personnel très bien.parking payant

Nice hotel, and very good breakfast, but very disappointed because the air conditioning in the room was out of order by 36° outside, we arrived as soon as we arrived at 4:00 p.m. and 4 times informed the reception, who told us to communicate the pb to the director but nothing has been done, this is unacceptable for a 4 star!!! So no air conditioning and when we left just a shy excuse from the receptionist without any commercial gesture!

The stay went very well, the sea view room was wonderful, I liked the location because it is close to the beaches, close to the center. The staff is nice, the structure has a very convenient reserved parking. I would definitely go back to them.

All gorgeous! Comfortable bed, spacious room. Great dinner and dream spa! I hope to come back soon!

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura a novembre dimenticando un paio di stivali preziosi. In tale occasione ho chiamato subito la reception e mi veniva risposto che gli stivali erano stati trovati e che avrei avuto due opzioni: 1. Andare a recuperarli io 2. Farmeli spedire a casa. Mi venne dato un indirizzo mail in modo da ricevere le istruzioni per la spedizione, ma mi venne detto che in ogni caso me li avrebbero conservati senza problemi fino a un massimo di 6 mesi. Ho scritto la mail all’indirizzo fornito il 5 dicembre, ma non ho mai ricevuto risposta e quindi ho pensato di andare a ritirarle io dopo 4 mesi e mezzo. Arrivata a San Remo ho chiamato nuovamente la reception e mi è stato risposto in maniera molto sgarbata, che mi avrebbero fatto sapere. Poi ho richiamato nel pomeriggio e un’altra dipendente, altrettanto sgarbata, mi ha risposto che le avrebbe cercate, in quanto sarebbero dovute rimanere in giacenza massimo 6 mesi . La mattina dopo richiamo nuovamente e un terzo dipendente mi dice che le scarpe erano state buttate la settimana prima, offrendomi un misero ingresso gratuito nella spa dell’hotel, niente in confronto al valore dei miei stivali. Non ho mai fatto recensioni nella mia vita, ma in questo caso mi sono sentita in dovere.
