Excellent hotel, away from the chaos of the seafront and clubs. By car you can reach the motorway or the center of Sanremo in just a few minutes. Spacious and spotless room. Note the extremely kind and helpful staff for every request.
The only flaw is the temperature of the shower water, not hot enough.

Very nice view, friendly staff, rooms are fine. Everything is fine, lots of choices for the buffet breakfast. Quite good overall!

4**** star hotel 120 euros per night for May 14th, it is located in a very awkward position to get to and that's not enough, you enter and find yourself in a labyrinth, if you weren't tired and didn't have suitcases it would be a good game, but we are also adults and we don't want to play. We pay for a room and services. We find nothing that we would expect from a 4 star hotel. But not even if it had three stars would it satisfy them. The rooms are in a sort of ba*****t, smell of damp and mold, very old mattress, not to mention the 1940s blankets
The fridge in the room empty, not even a bottle of water, I don't say free but not even for a fee. If you are thirsty you have to go through the labyrinth route backwards and when you find the exit, look for a bar, which isn't nearby. An infinite sadness, uncomfortable and smelly, for the modest sum of 120 per night in May... Absurd. To be avoided.
Very bad: absolutely unbalanced quality/price. But even if it cost 50 euros a night, I'd prefer the hostel.

The Hotel is huge, with comfortable rooms,. The history of Italian music festivals is recorded in the corridors. The hotel has a chic restaurant, where I found a stylish and kind staff. The food was varied and excellently prepared. The only disadvantage of the hotel is its position, being located on a height, which makes access difficult.

L'albergo situato a pochi metri dal centro, offre una magnifica visuale sul mare accedendo al 4 piano, con ascensore. Per i bambini un piccolo parco giochi all'aperto vicino alla piscina. E' una struttura molto grande, che necessita di qualche miglioria e manutenzione soprattutto nelle camere, che sono si' ampie, ma soprattutto il bagno è datato. La pulizia nelle camere deve essere più accurata. Il ristorante dell'hotel offre ottimi piatti, cucinati con cura e materie prime buone. Il personale è molto accogliente e cerca di soddisfare ogni richiesta. Durante il nostro soggiorno il servizio navetta gratuito dell'hotel da e per il centro di Sanremo, non era disponibile, ma ci hanno messo a disposizione il servizio taxi, a loro spese.
