It was very beautiful hotel with nice staffs!
And dinner and breakfast in the hotel was delicious! Highly recommend to visit Atlantis bay !!!!
But gym was a bit small and we were a bit disappointed that sauna was only for wellness user ...
But we would love to come back next time !

This is a great hotel in a superb beach location in Taormina. The hotel is modern and spacious with excellent facilities. The staff are very friendly and helpful with great food available in all the restaurants. We had many lunches at the beach restaurant and the manager Antonio was very attentive and provided us with excellent service and recommendations. No request was too small and he is a credit to the hotel . We would have no hesitation in returning back to this wonderful hotel .

This hotel was beyond my expectations in the fact that it was unique, eccentric, and made for a gorgeous setting to relax and enjoy the beauty of Taormina. Our room was luxurious and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and the gym was convenient (with a fabulous view). The staff was exceptional, including Inez who remembered our order each morning at breakfast. Each afternoon we were treated with amazing service at the beach bar by Viviana (she makes delish cocktails and was very kind with our 9 year old daughter) and Niko. Thank you for making our experience unforgettable. I can’t wait to go back to Sicily! Ty

We stayed at this fabulous hotel x 1 week . Ambience service food facilities utterly fabulous . All the staff were lovely from Walter greeting you at the entrance to Siennna serving breakfast- Antonio in the restaurant to name a few . Cannot recommend highly enough !

The Concierge, Claudia, did an absolute amazing job at creating the perfect boat tour experience for my fiancé and I. We spoke to her the night prior about how we wanted to rent a boat the next day. She immediately called the captain, got us a boat tour for the time requested, and negotiated the price down for us after we asked to go out for two hours rather than three. Claudia did such a good job and met our needs perfectly. Our captain, Giovanni, was also outstanding. He provided such good information throughout the morning and catered us with food, drinks, and awesome music. The experience on his boat was one of the best we’ve had traveling. Giovanni was a genuine guy that cares about people. We will definitely book this experience again next time we are in Sicily. At the beach/bar, we were lucky to have Juliana assist us daily. She brought such a good energy and met our needs perfectly (food, drink, chairs). I lost one of my bags the first day and had no luck finding it. After arriving at the room hours later, Juliana knocked and returned my bag. It was such a nice gesture and showed that the staff here really cares about their guests. I honestly forgot about the bag by that point but Juliana did not. We really enjoyed your service daily and can’t wait to come back. Thank you Atlantis Bay, Claudia, Giovanni, and Juliana for everything!

This is a five star resort with all the details taken care of. We were lucky to be upgraded and our two adult daughters also with a room near ours. We drove around Sicily for three weeks and this by far was the best breakfast and bay we swam in. It is a very expensive hotel to stay at compared to other places but the room amenites and food quality especially the buffet breakfast along with spectacular location are worth the splurge. Giuseppe at front desk, Claudia at concierge, Sara at breakfast and even all the young men parking cars were all so friendly and hard working people always ready to help out. They have hired well. The guys at the pool were all quick to help with umbrellas and the towels in bathrooms were so luxurious. Luxury in Sicily. We enjoyed our short walk to Isola Bella and an arancini street food for lunch on our own beautiful deck at hotel. But the bay at Atlantis is equally as beautiful to look at and swim in.
