Who invited and wants the terrible piano-player under our balcony ?? We stay here for rest, not form music. Keep the music in the bar and not outside 😡. The beach is dirty and stinks !! Photos of the private beach at the hotel do not reflect reality.

Hôtel très bien situé pour visiter la belle petite ville d'Alghero. L'hôtel a une vue splendide sur la mer. Le personnel est très aimable et professionnel (exception l'employé de la piscine qui manque cruellement de courtoisie). Les chambres sont correctes mais passable pour un 4 étoiles. La plage de l'hôtel n'est pas accessible mi mai en raison de travaux de nettoyage de plage. L'hôtel et les chambres sont très propres. Malgré que nous restons quelques jours, on ne ressent pas l'ambiance familiale pourtant décrite sur la page web de l'hôtel. Les prix des boissons au bar sont correctes. Nous avons pris la demi pension. Les repas sont bons et le petit déjeuner correct.

Hôtel de taille relativement importante, recevant des groupes, organisant des événements . L’accueil est sympathique, le service correct, mais il ne mérite pas les 4 étoiles de notre cotation « française « . En effet les chambres et salles de bain sont vieillottes , le petit-déjeuner très quelconque avec fruits et jus de fruit industriels. Et lorsque la seule machine à café tombe en panne !… Néanmoins, en demandant une chambre donnant sur la mer, il y a une belle vue sur Alghero.

L’accoglienza in reception è stata cortese e soddisfacente anche se non ci è stata fornita la password del wifi che abbiamo chiesto successivamente. La posizione dell’albergo è impeccabile grazie alla camera vista mare. Le lenzuola erano pulite ma macchiate. L’aperitivo di benvenuto è stato servito al bar, il cameriere è stato così sbrigativo da servirci due calici di prosecco senza indicarci la zona di provenienza nè la cantina e alla nostra domanda ci è stato risposto che era di Treviso e nient’altro. La colazione non è all’altezza della struttura con pochissimi o inesistenti prodotti del territorio.

The hotel is beautiful. Private beach, and beautiful grounds. The infinity pool views are breathtaking. The hotel was clean, the staff are very polite and friendly. The only thing that was a negative was that there were no tea or coffee making facilities within the room, you had to buy from the bar. And to get to the main town of Fertilia, there is a 10 minute walk down a path which is fine, but no lighting when It gets dark.
