"The photos are very deceiving, taken by the euphoria of the holiday in Alghero I booked this room. Despite the excellent location it turned out to be a TOTAL disappointment. Let's start with the sheets, they looked like everyday sheets, they certainly did not give a feeling of cleanliness, among other things the bed had been made VERY POORLY, the towels were stained, with holes and worn. Positive note: the host changed them but the substance remained the same, as they too were worn beyond belief. Terrible shower box, it did not even close properly. Terrible general cleaning, white leather bed headboard all scratched. SHIVERS. NEVER AGAIN."

"The room on the 4th floor was perfect. It's completely renovated compared to the other floors. Sea view, adequate breakfast, helpful staff. I'd say the location is excellent, close to the center, the sea, and various amenities. Free parking is 300 meters away. Trip took May 26th, which is the perfect season."

"I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The service was terrible, and staff at the reception were extremely rude and disrespectful. The rooms are outdated, with old furniture and poor sound insulation—you can hear everything from the neighboring rooms. To make matters worse, a gardener was cutting grass at 1:00 AM, making it impossible to sleep. Overall, the rooms are tired, the facilities are neglected, and the staff show no regard for guests’ comfort. For couples or anyone looking for a relaxing stay, my advice is to stay far away from this hotel."
