"Stairs to get to the room. There were no chairs, I had to grab a really bad wooden one from the balcony. We arrived on time and had to wait for the place to be cleaned. Extremely difficult to park. The only advantage was that it was almost close to the places we were going to visit."

"I booked and paid in full for this hotel last July for a 3 night visit in September. A family member took ill and I was afraid to travel on those dates. I called and emailed again and again. My emails weren’t responded to, my calls were hung up on saying they couldn’t understand English.. I got my Italian friends to call them and they still hung up on them. The stress these people caused me for a couple of weeks is something I won’t forget. They simply were just lazy and wouldn’t do their job and help me. I didn’t want to cancel my dates, I just needed to swap dates to a later time. As no one would help me to change dates and I couldn’t get a refund, I ended up going alone. Funny, the staff at reception spoke English whilst I was there. The women were so rude at reception and looked like they hated their jobs.. I ordered a taxi 1 night and when I arrived down AT THE TIME I ordered it for, the receptionist shouted at me saying I had ordered it for a half hour earlier ( Which I didn’t ) She just wasn’t listening to me properly.. she continued to talk about me to her colleague in Italian and really embarrassed me. The hotel itself is dated and the walls are paper thin, but besides that, It is a good location and the beach is beautiful. They change their bed rates to whatever price they decide suits them on the day though which was annoying The area is lovely but a real shame the staff here ruin this hotel!"

"I appreciate the hotel's location close to the historic city center. Also, the staff is very polite (thumbs-up for Massimiliano), who showed us what to visit (beaches as well as bars/restaurants) and kindly offered us a beach umbrella to use during our stay."

"Beautiful beachfront location, but the rooms aren't soundproofed; you can hear everything that's going on in the hallways, the rooms next door, and even upstairs. The air conditioning is noisy all night, even when it's off, and the rooms are cleaned very superficially."
