The hotel was very dirty and old, and the layout was very odd.  Their staff weren’t smiley and were away from the desk most hot of the time. Wouldn’t go back there again

This is a Great Hotel do you think you’re at a Sheraton or a Hilton when you walk in the grand entry and they treat you like family it’s no nonsense street forward to greeted you like family great place for family and kids. Plenty of kids swimming pool if you’d like you’re staying at a high-end resort but you’re not. I mean you feel like it it looks like it but you’re not paying for it price is awesome. You get more than what you pay for besides that breakfast every morning oh my gosh free I would definitely stay at the Sawtelle every time I iamb in Provo.

Good place to stay.

We had a great experience staying here. The staff was great and very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was a great start after a good night sleep. The beds were very comfortable and our room was clean.

A very satisfactory stay. We were returning to Las Vegas from Huangshi and wanted to stay one night in Salt Lake City. Hotels in the city are very expensive, so we found them online. I was surprised by the breakfast and service. The facilities in the room are very good. Although they are a bit old, they are very clean. The price is not expensive either, so I give it five points. 

Good quality and cheap, large swimming pool, the deepest water is 160 meters. Until nine o'clock in the evening. A steakhouse with the hotel, good taste, reasonable price, recommended

We did not have any problems with check-in. Our first room we got. We had 2 maintenance issues. One of the window drapes was torn. And the toilet was not working. We did raise this issue with a staff member. The staff member assigned us to another room, this room their was no problems with our stay. Breakfast was also very nice! A good selection of breakfast items.

The hotel is nice and clean, the staff were great, and the continental breakfast was good! The only down side was the mattress, it was below average for a hotel mattress. For the price though, worth it.

Crazy convenient to everything around BYU. Nothing fancy, but I wasn’t expecting anything fancy for what I was paying and the room was clean and the bed was super comfortable.

The room was adequate. The door on the inside and the frame really could have used a good wash down. Also, both the sink and the tub drains were extremely slow. Otherwise room was relatively neat and tidy. And the beds were comfortable.

The check in staff was nice. I’m the morning I had to ask for a blow dryer and was not able to get one. Clerk not very pleasant. Won’t stay again.

The room curtains need a little work and the shower head and hose could do with replacing. Everything else was good!

Very nice and loved the Ruby River restaurant attached. Very convenient except their keys not working on the outside door especially when it was raining and having to walk around the building. Tubs need to be re done as they are old and looked awful, no vent in shower room. Eggs were cold and yuck need a better breakfast. All in all not as bad as some.
