The room is small, the equipment is old, but small and complete, clean and warm, convenient parking, the key is that the waiter is too good, I can't use the bank card credit card because I just entered the country without cash, the service staff did not charge me a deposit and let me live, too warm heart, thank you

ok for 1 night. the room has a TV, hairdryer, electric kettle, cups and bags with tea and sugar. refrigerator and microwave - on the ground floor in common use. there is a water cooler on the floor. hotel prices are cheap. Can't comment on breakfast, we took it without breakfast. there is parking.

Также помимо шампуня/геля для душа, не помешал бы крем/лосьон для тела - в зимний период с учетом сухого воздуха это очень актуально. В спа-зоне есть небольшой бассейн, подходит для двоих человек. При бОльшем количестве уже становится тесно. В целом отель хороший, остановился бы еще раз.

We visited the hotel 24-25 June, I will write on fact 1. We arrived at the hotel earlier 14.00, put things in the storage room and went to walk around the city, resepshn are kind, no extra movements for me this plus. The settlement, too, quickly no complaints, asked for an additional blanket in the room, a tie and a smooth board, everything was provided within 10 minutes 👍 2. Standard number, good sound insulation, in room: slippers, coats, disposable sets with toothbrush and paste, shower gel, body loose, shampoo and soap. Works the air conditioner if you don't sleep with the air conditioner, you can open the window. 3. Breakfast: Breakfast time can be specified, on the respiratory will always be told. In composition: There is omlet, casha grenade and orange, coffee (the coffee machine is worth, you can do yourself or ask the waiter), compote from revenge, freshly squeezed carrot juice, sardells, cheeses and pancakes (to them there are jams) in general adequate, everyone can find something for themselves. We were delicious 👌 Evict in 12.00, things can also be left in the storage room and quietly walk around the city. Spa have not visited. Overall, the hotel liked it. Very comfortable, wonderful location, its parking. However, communication with the woman administrator left an unpleasant rainfall. The fact is that the restaurant in the hotel works until 18.00, and if you have not ordered food to 17.00, dinner will not be possible. We had a little food with us and we thought we could at least eat at the restaurant table (we were three with a friend, rooms are small, and other common zones in the hotel are not), but received a sharp, categorical refusal. The administrator in the final form said the restaurant was locked and it was impossible to open. The day before, with another administrator who was cheerful and kind, there was no problem with it. Such attitude towards the guests is at least questionable and clearly not in the favor of the hotel.

What liked: -the location of the hotel; -welcome administrators; -the presence of a parking lot; -step access to all Pskov's attractions; -good breakfasts. What didn't like: - the price of the room is overpriced; - in the room drinking water only when you check in. In the rest of the days, the water must be taken from the cooler in the corridor. - The doors of the shower are broken, pass the water.
