"Rest in the hotel for 3 days (29 to 31 March). We had a standard room. I liked the hotel. From the pluses I can highlight the following: 1) The girls at the respiratory and spa area were very polite. Initially we were given a room without a window, we asked to change, eventually we lived in a room with a great view to the temple. Near the window stood a table and 2 chairs. And we often sat there and enjoyed the view 2). The spa area I liked too. There is sauna, hamm, pool and jacuzzi. We were told that very people were in the evening. After 8, after 8, everything was mostly in the pool. And in the sauna I sat alone 3). The hotel is generally very comfortable. There are many plants inside, on the first floor of a royal, beautiful chairs. Overall very comfortable. 4). The hotel is located in a very beautiful area. Near the river, the embankment, many beautiful houses. We combined tours and spa rest. On the first day we went to the Pogankina Chamber, then spent 2 hours in spa, then walked near the Kremlin. On the second day of the morning, they went to the spa, then on a tour of the Kremlin, had lunch, went to the spa, rested and again in the spa. On the third day they went to the spa and went to the Izborsk and Pechora. Then on the patch they left to Peter. As a result, they were rebooted as if they had gone on a long vacation. And the hotel choice played a big role in this regard"

"We lived in an apartment on the 1st floor with two small dogs. Spacious, stylish, comfortable. They put out bowls for the dogs, gave them water and a diaper. Not cheap, but worth it. Excellent breakfasts. There is parking. Quiet, clean. Large set of toiletries. The only negative is that there are no menus from restaurants in the rooms, and the Internet does not always load quickly. We didn't go to the spa."

"I booked for one night and was happy with the price-quality ratio. Yes, the furniture is well-worn and the shower is Soviet-era. BUT the linens are clean. There's soap and a small sachet of shampoo in the room. I didn't order breakfast, but to the left of VkussVil is a fantastic cafeteria: newly renovated, it feels more like a cafe than a canteen. There's no smell inside, a wide selection, and the prices are fantastic. If I'm ever in town, I'll definitely stay there again."

"We liked the hotel very much! All new, spacious, high ceilings, window can be opened for microventilation, there are mosquito nets, very warm (batteries can be regulated). Very good breakfast for 3 star hotel, a nice restaurant (and had dinner there, and breakfast, all very delicious) with a pleasant glass terrace. In the room water, tea, sugar, towels changed every day. The only minus (but not critical) : to the city center 2.5 km, but the taxi solves this problem (180-200 rubles to the center)"

First, we settled in a room on the 1st floor with windows on the restaurant yard, but at our request changed to 2nd floor, feelings are very different. "We stayed at the end of September 2023 in an apartment building for 2 adults and a child 11 years old. Clean beautiful rooms with modern interior. Very comfortable beds, even the extra folding bed was also very comfortable. There is a choice of pillows, clean linen of good quality. They provide bathrobes and slippers, even the child was given a robe for her age. Everyone has a full set of towels, shower gels, shampoos, balms, body lotions, shower caps, dental kits, combs, shoe sponges. 3 bottles of water for free, mini-card for an additional fee. Water can be collected from coolers in the corridors. There are tea and coffee sets, a kettle and wine glasses. There is a separate room with ironing boards where you can enter using a card from your room. Breakfast has a good selection of dishes; you can order an omelet with a variety of toppings to choose from. There are sun-dried tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, hummus, tuna, chuka salad and a number of other additional goodies in addition to the usual and varied selection of vegetables, cheeses, sausages and other things. Good selection of fruits. Everything is of very decent quality. The staff is top notch - many thanks to the entire hotel team! We travel often and have something to compare with. Everything here is really very worthy."
