前台像個**一樣，素質極差，開口辱罵顧客。真搞不懂這前台是老闆娘還是老闆家小公主，就算是，也要做個人。顧客詢問前台是否有大床房被告知衹有一間，讓前台帶看一下房間，前台各種理由百般推諉，明確告訴了前台覺得可以肯定要住，前台極不情願地帶看了房間。看了房後，詢問前台説價格是100元，詢問前台是否網上線下同價，前台回答是一樣的價格。顧客選擇在線下單，前台開始各種拉扯，下單後前台堅稱沒有房了。在客户詢問下，前台開始撒潑，説是顧客定錯了。明確告知前台，我定的什麼房間就給我什麼房間就可以，不需要一定是剛才那間。在網上下單102元，線下100元，卻被告知線下100元那個房間更高級，説是我們下錯單了，事實是網上根本就衹有我們定的那一間，而且價格在當天已經是最高的了，所以説是當時所剩的最好房型也不為過。定了之後顯示售罄了，所以根本無所謂前台説的剛才那個房間更高級。更高級的房間比我們定的便宜，但是前台既不願意給我們我們定的那個房間，也不願意給我們這個所謂更高級的房間。我們明確告知網上是什麼給我們什麼就可以了，前台開始罵説怕我們不滿意，真是滑稽。之後前台又在那裡罵人，説是我們想住她那更高級的房間，什麼價格住什麼房間，説我們想佔便宜，罵得很難聽。我定的房間102元,你的那個房間100元，到底是誰佔便宜，商家佔了便宜還要在這裏罵人，真的很好笑。最後在我們的要求下，前台罵罵咧咧給了我們一個我們定的説是比較差的房間，可能線下賣80的。就很離譜的一次經歷，從來沒見過如此垃圾的服務。
