Excelente atención , todo el personal muy cordial, especialmente las dos Marianas! Muy bueno el desayuno. Muy cálida estadía. Las habitaciones muy acogedoras. Nos gusta mucho venir a este hotel, repetimos siempre en verano e invierno!!

Stayed for two nights as part of our Chilean tour. Immaculately clean, spacious room and very helpful staff. Excellent location in a quiet area of the town and easy parking. Room view of the volcano was amazing. Definitely one of the nicest places to stay.

Recomendado 100%. Todo se ve como nuevo, muy limpio y bien decorado. El desayuno tambien super completo y todo hecho ahí mismo y de excelente calidad. Tiene estacionamiento propio y está muy bien ubicado en el centro de pucon. Volvería de todas maneras.

Hotel exceptionnel, personnalisé, employés très courtois . Le déjeuner est de loin le meilleur de la région. Tout est fait a la main par La chef pâtissière . Emplacement a quelques mètres du lac avec vues imprenables sur le Volcan Villarica

Vu sur le lac et sur le volcan Villarica. Le personnel est extrêmement souriant, serviable et souriant. Le petit déjeuner est copieux frais et préparés sur place y compris pour les pâtisseries. Les boissons chaudes et froides sont également préparés sur place et c’est bon. Hôtel moderne à produits centre, on peut y aller à pied sans aucun problème. Parking à la disposition de la clientèle. SPA pas ouvert en ce moment.

Great location. Within walking distance to center with all shops and restaurants yet in a quiet location across from park and water. Welcoming and English speaking reception. Boutique style hotel. No carpets in rooms. Comfortable bed and pillows. Each floor with a nice common area with coffee service. Nice outdoor umbrella covered area to have a cocktail. Breakfast adequate.

Das Hotel liegt nah beim See und in guter Fussdistanz zur Hauptstrasse wo die Geschäfte und Restaurants sind. Das Zimmer Nr. 107 welches wir hatten lag im Parterre und wir hatten keine Aussicht. Es war für uns etwas klein aber es war sauber. Die Schlafqualität war gut. Das Frühstück war Standard. Das Personal war freundlich. Den gratis privat Parkplatz zum Hotel schätzten wir sehr, da es an der Strasse keine grosse Möglichkeit gab um zu parkieren. Für 2-3 Nächte kann ich das Hotel empfehlen.

Hemos alojado muchas veces en este hotel y siempre quedábamos contentos. La ubicación es muy buena y la atención de el restaurante excelente. Pero esta vez alojamos y nuestra cama tenía un hoyo en el medio, la verdad es que nos dieron una explicación de que seguramente la cama estaba mal armada, porque son dos que se juntan… Pienso que no puede suceder en un hotel de esta categoría.

Es un lugar acogedor, de muy buena atención. Excelente todo el personal, todo, todo. El desayuno muy rico, el café, sobresaliente. La panadería y pastelería hecha en casa, huevos cocinados a fuego lento. La verdad, muy bueno. La ubicación también está súper bien, cerca de todo y quitado del ruido de los lugares más bullantes. Para mejorar la calefacción es de AA, y es que on es que esté mal, pero en el sur se extraña el calor de una caldera leña... el AA ok... Pero muy bien. Volvería.
