Terrible service from the workers, I will never stay at the hotel again, it is super expensive and leaves a lot to be desired in every way, a very bad experience.

Old hotel, but very well maintained. Very good location, close to the center and with an exceptional view of the lake. Very complete breakfast. The gardens are very well cared for. Small rooms, with rustic curtains. The closet in poor condition. The minibar with a lock, you have to ask for a key (?) The staff, correct.

Everything was amazingly beautiful but but they didn’t have in off personal in the restaurant area I understand that was the end of the season but still you always need to be prepared. The worst was they didn’t have towels yes not towels for the pool area this really really bothered us so much we only stay in for 2 days but this too days we have to seat in the pool area with out towels unbelievable.

The best experience, no problems, the buffet breakfast was great, the Pucon beach next door, exquisite pools, the temperature even better, the giant room, 3 beds where we rested with my wife and my 2 children of 3 and 15, and the vallet parking a gem without a doubt 100% recommended.

We arrived at the hotel today and the service of the girls who are giving the towels is poor. There is not a level of excellence in passenger service as in other hotels. Mariela, one of the girls at the inn, tells me that there are no more towels and that we have to wait half an hour for her to bring them herself and in a very bad way she tells me that these are the rules. It shows that they have no training in customer service. It is a shame to start the vacation like this and realize that the Pucón hotel does not train its staff in better service.

While we were walking along the beach of Lake Villarrica, my wife and I wanted to have a coffee at this hotel. We entered through the beach access and there was a hotel employee sitting in a plastic chair at the top of the stairs, leg up and eating cookies, who upon seeing us go up, without standing up or saying hello, asked us “where to go?” go?" My wife replied that she was going to the cafeteria and the guy, in the same attitude, told us “come in.” This happened today, February 11 at 11 am and left us with a very bad image of the service at this hotel, to the point that we decided to go out onto the street and look for another place.
