No han cambiado nada, ni cubrecamas, camas duras como siempre. Lo peor es la mala atención del personal, no te pezca nadie, en el desayuno el personal solo conversa, nadie está atento a ver si a algún huésped le falta algo, fuimos al bar casi como si te hicieran un favor de atenderte, mal.

Las piezas ruidosas. Se escuchan toda la noche ruidos de cañerías de agua o algo así. La primera noche el ruido nos despertaba a cada rato. Los trabajadores de limpieza andaban a grito pelado por los pasillos. Desayuno: regular. El personal: algunos muy amables, otros muy pesadas. Lo mejor del hotel es la ubicación. Relación precio-calidad, no es buena.

No tienen personal estable, llaman por fines de semana y no llega la cantidad de colaboradores que necesitan. Mal aseo en las habitaciones. Mucho ruido en los pisos superiores. Un desorden total, mucha improvisación. No lo recomiendo para nada.

Fue una mala experiencia ya que al legar nos hicieron esperar más de 1 hora para entregar la habitación por que tenía problemas , al final pedimos cambio de habitación, respecto a la limpieza iban a las 18:00 hrs para hacer limpieza, el personal con poca voluntad,pedimos un quitasol el día que estuvo callando agua y el personal no quiso llevarlo a nuestra mesa por lo que nosotros tuvimos que ir a buscar uno y llevarlo (quitasol de terraza,los cuales eran pesados)las tazas en la servían el café cuando íbamos a la terraza estaban quebradas ( tenemos imágenes), la piscina temperada las instalaciones se encontraban sin sus vidrios por lo que el agua se encontraba fría y el cambio de temperatura a la hora de salir de la piscina era terrible.

Bem mais ou menos, atendentes despreparados, nao falavam portugues, hotel extremamente barulhento, hospedes mal educados (gritaria, empurra empurra) hall sempre lotado, manobristas sobrecarregados, ninguem pra pegar nossas malas (mas dos outros sim), nenhuma explicação sobre estrutura do hotel, fomos expulsos da piscina por nadar sem touca, sem ter recebido orientação antes, reservaram o quarto errado e tivemos que esperar arrumarem o quarto correto, enfim, preço de resort para um hotel meia boca.
