The CasaEstablo was incredible. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautiful. I cannot understate the view. It is jaw dropping. The grounds are picturesque and the staff are all welcoming, accommodating, and friendly. There is a great complimentary breakfast and the location is 10 minutes to the center of Pucón by car. I would absolutely stay here again.

To be even better, it would need to have better acoustic insulation - you can hear a lot from the rooms next door and above. The cost benefit is not worth it. Pucón is an expensive city, but paying almost $100,000 Chilean pesos (around R$600.00) per night at this inn, which although called a boutique, is not a boutique hotel, is not worth it. The breakfast is very bad. Even though it's not a buffet, very little is served, you have to keep asking, the owner pretends she doesn't understand, the situation is super unpleasant for a daily rate of this price. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with a beautiful view of the lake, but urgent maintenance is needed, doors are falling apart, the lock is falling off, the air conditioning is dripping, the tap is broken, the acoustics are terrible, you can hear every conversation in the neighboring rooms, in short, at least amount charged, not worth it. We ordered a breakfast box the day before, as we were going on a very early trip the next day, and it wasn't ready; the receptionist packed a plastic bag and put water and very ripe fruit in it, not to mention anything else, there were no sandwiches, we had to ask and she made the inmates just dry bread with cheese. I don't know if it was the owner's bad will or her economy, I just know that it's not worth staying at this inn in Púcon.

My stay at the hotel was excellent. The view of the lake is beautiful. I made the wrong reservation for a room with a king bed, they promptly helped to separate it into 2 single beds.
