Nos sentimos muito prejudicados com esta reserva, porque o quarto 1005 não corresponde em nada com as fotos publicadas no site. A tarifa deste quarto é absurda pelo que se recebe. O quarto é extremamente pequeno, mal dá para caminhar em volta da cama, cuidando para não se machucar. Não tem onde colocar as malas, não tem TV, não tem nem uma cadeira para sentar, muito menos aquela mesinha com duas cadeiras que mostra na foto do quarto standar, não têm sequer um copo para tomar água. Banheiro muito pequeno e ruim, box entope até a água chegar no tornozelo, para usar a pia é necessário fechar a porta para ter movimentos mais confortáveis. Perguntei na recepção se havia outro quarto para trocar e a recepcionista disse que todos os banheiros eram iguais. Acho que ela não lembrou que reservamos o hotel com base nas fotos publicadas por eles. Fomos enganados pelas fotos e pelas avaliações que não correspondem em nada com o quarto recebido. Provavelmente as pessoas que avaliaram bem ficaram em quartos iguais aos das fotos. Nunca mais voltarei neste hotel.

I bought a hotel and ended up with a hostel: although I didn't mind that, they shouldn't sell it as a Hotel. In general it is a large 3-story house. Among the positives: - The attention of those who work there is excellent - It is very well located, you can literally walk everywhere and everything is close. - It has a kitchen: therefore, for those who want to save: 👌🏼 - The common spaces are very beautiful - They give 2 complimentary beers upon arrival The negative: - I bought the “hotel” with breakfast and I was disappointed. Very limited, you had to choose a type of bread and they added a tea, a mini cup of fruit and a glass of juice. Minimum a buffet breakfast. - There was a bad smell coming out of the bathroom, so it had to be kept closed all the time.

Hotel is well located. At night there is music noise

Mainly the noise, music all night that does not allow rest, zero noise insulation, footsteps can be heard at all hours of the night - early morning even in the adjoining rooms. Very small room, as well as the bathroom (you have to close the door to be able to use the sink because it hits a door), the bathroom has a tub but it cannot be used as such since they do not provide a plug for a tub, reception indicates that it can only be used as "shower". There is no hair dryer, you have to request it at reception. There is no TV, little lighting. At the time of booking they charge you for breakfast separately for each person.

Great location, two blocks from a beautiful lake beach with views of the spectacular Villarica volcano. Very pleasant space with different environments, very friendly staff. Relaxed a**osphere perfect for holidays. Offer of several tours with partner guide.

The spectacular thing about the place is being steps from the plaza and beach, being able to walk and have everything without paying for parking. But the room is not nice, it does not have a TV and little lighting, the cleaning is done late and there is no daily change of towels, I came across a pool day with very loud party music (I wanted to relax) recommended only for sleeping.
