Hotel bien ubicado con instalaciones nuevas. El estacionamiento está fuera del hotel y cuando fuimos estaba lleno y tuvimos que estacionar fuera.

Atencion del personal 10/10 Limpieza de habitacion 7/10 Desayuno 10/10 ( muy muy rico y variado). Estacionamiento 0/10 , nadie se preocupa de que los autos esten bien estacionados, ademas de ser un lugar muy pequeño para la cantidad de huespedes.

Já fiquei nesse hotel várias vezes. É conveniente, limpo e silencioso. O quarto que fiquei todas as vezes é bem pequeno e não havia nem espaço para deixar a mala. Entretanto, como sempre viajo a negócios, só preciso de um local aconchegante para tomar um banho e dormir. O café da manhã é bom. Tem café e chá cortesia disponíveis o dia todo.

Os funcionários são extremamente solícitos e educados, porém as instalações deixam a desejar (teto mal pintado com uma aparência de mofo em alguns pontos, roupa de cama com aparência de velhas), café da manhã ok, boa localização!

Las tarifas varían harto. Bajo US$50 es una excelente alternativa, por sobre dicho monto ya comienza a perderse la relación calidad-precio. Hotel limpio, cumple con lo necesario y destaca por su zona de desayuno. Está lejos del lago, pero a pasos del centro, y al lago igual es caminable.

Lugar muy cómodo y acogedor, la atención del personal es muy amable y el lugar queda cercano a todo. Se puede estacionar afuera y además tiene un estacionamiento muy cercano donde se puede dejar el auto. El desayuno es variado y tiene cosas ricas.

El hotel se encuentra en calle Colo Colo, a solo un par de cuadras de las principales zonas gastronómicas de Pucón. Por su ubicación los mejores pubs se encuentran a solo 1 cuadra, algo extremadamente cómodo para quienes viajamos con destino a pasarlo bien. Las habitaciones son bastante cómodas y el servicio en general brindado por el hotel es ad hoc al precio. El estacionamiento está a 150 metros, lo que debe ser considerado, sin embargo cuenta con suficientes espacios para los huéspedes.

Llegamos al hotel a las 09:30am teníamos check-in a las 15:00 pero nos dejaban dejar las maletas así que por eso fuimos antes de tiempo , a las 11:30am tuvimos la sorpresa que nos llamaron que ya podíamos ir porque nos tenían la habitación lista eso fue maravilloso , la habitación es verdad que es pequeña pero para nosotros que éramos 2 no había problema con eso, no se escuchaba nada de la habitaciones continuas y el hotel siempre estaba calentito , cosa que se agradece ya que hacía mucho frío , la habitación tiene aire acondicionado pero ningún día fue necesario encenderlo , los desayunos soy muy ricos hay mucha variedad de frutas, pasteles, yogurth etc , también tienen una estación de té y café 24 horas , todos los días se hacen aseo en las habitaciones así que luego de llegar de algún tours todo estaba impecable , las personas que trabajan en el hotel son todos muy amables , el checkout es a las 12:00 pero nos permitieron guardar las maletas , ocupar el baño y tomar algún tecito antes de la hora que teníamos vuelo (ya que era a las 18:00) sin dudas volveremos SI O SI ya que nuestra estadía fue maravillosa
